Loved this episode and I'm glad you did too! Anita Dobson (Mrs Flood) is a very famous actor here in the UK, she's been in a lot but you might have seen her recently in Red Dwarf! She's in series 6 episode 1, Psirens, as Captain Tau, one of the Psirens' disguises when they are trying to lure the gang onto the planet :) Thanks for another awesome reaction!

When they are getting ready to leave the base, the Doctor says there are seven of us left. There are Four of them left in the second group as Alice leaves in the airlock. So that would mean there are 3 in the airlock, leaving. But if you look at the screen of the airlock, it says there are FOUR people in the airlock. Which means, the creature could've been in the airlock

I did like the episode and Rose Ayling-Ellis gets a lot of credit. She did amazing and not because she is deaf. She just does great. The character wasn't written as deaf from what I hear, she just did so well in the audition they changed it. So did Caoilfhionn Dunne playing Shaya. I didn't like the ending though just because I hate the trope. Agree with Paula, maybe the part of the TARDIS that scans for what the chameleon circuit should make it fit in also suggests clothes.

acutally, it's interesting to me seeing so many people talk about loving Midnight because I have NEVER liked it, mostly because to me it was being trapped with people who are foolish and dare I say hysterical? But this episode, even with the pandamonium of "stop moving around ya dopes" is fantastic and the connection back pluses up Midnight sooo much.

Yeah but doesn't entirely explain how it got to the Trooper at the end, she is the one who stayed behind with the Doctor, so are there still two around? Or did the other one stop playing by the rules? Questions, questions.

Fantastic episode, love me a Doctor Who monster that follows some weird rules. And on top of that we got bits of dialogue that weren't in English? Excellent. And I quite liked Doctor's "Don't listen to me, listen to Belinda". The connection to Midnight is interesting (I had to look up the episode, it's been a while) on one hand I like the doctor revisiting planets other than Earth at different points in time but despite the dramatic reveal it didn't matter that much.

well, the rules just might be something it made up for fun. it did act completely different than in "midnight" . then again, it might not have been the same creature
