I dig the strong noir feels from this episode. This is one of the few episodes I remember well and I still didn't remember a lot of it. Although Ed is my favourite character from the series, Jet is the one I empathize with most. Older than the rest of the crew with what appears to be the history of a whole different (and largely mundane, compared to Spike's) life in his past. Being the arguably most stable one of their whole batch of misfits, even though he clearly has his own baggage and his own idiosyncrasies. I love y'all commenting on the difference between Ed and Fae's approach to Ganymede's temperate climate and the insistence for equal time for all fan service ( T *and* A as well as some content from Spike). Definitely veering into episodes I'm entirely unfamiliar with, so I'm looking forward to what comes next. In the meantime... ...see ya later, Gallifreyans!

Lovely episode. Good story, good characters, good music, and especially good shot choices in this episode. I love the shot through the chain link fence with the ship landing. It's interesting that Jet's actions reinforce her point about making decision for her. I will say, I hate that goddamned Black Dog speech Jet always gives throughout the show. It would be fine if only others were saying it about him, but saying that about yourself in full to other people (repeatedly) is embarassing, haha. I feel like we should gave gotten a stronger episode for Ed since she just joined, to reinforce her role in the crew.
