I feel like the Faye who apologized to Spike was pre-accident Faye re-emerging for a second. (btw, that old woman called her Faye -- so that actually is her name?) And as always, the music on this show is awesome.

Sayonara cowboy...or was it cowgirl? :) I love Faye drawing her old bed to lie in. I feel like there was a missed opportunity, for Faye to have changed outfit before she left when she got her memories back. I feel like her usual gear is representative of the mindset of nihilist-survivalist Faye. Her wearing something more normal/casual, like jeans/T-shirt or something, could have communicated something about her old normal life/self/personality coming back to her. I suppose this should be better discussed after the finale than now, but one my incredible small and few complaints about this show, is that aside from that one exchange with Spike, there's very little change in Faye's personality with her returned past. She just got a whole new very different person, who was probably around a lot longer than current her has been post-coma, installed in her head, and she isn't really any different. I feel like a good arc payoff would have been the sadness that the old life and people are gone, but the absorption of the normal and happy person she was could make Faye more open and able to connect with others, so it does help her heal and become whole in the end. Buuut that doesn't get expressed, so nevermind. :/ I'm glad Ein went with Ed, because Ein is very smart and probably protective of Ed, and if pops isn't stepping up or not being what Ed needs, I feel like he'll be getting some growls and more from Ein. And I weirdly feel like Ed's dad would respect Ein? And maybe adust? It's been a fun journey with you Gals. Looking forward to the finale!
