v65 changelog (Patreon)
Content
Since too much issues have been piling up for the public version, I have decided to temporarily revert to the old download management system to release a first working nightly build immediately to fix all the issues that have been reported in the last month. So it's time to start to write the changelog for the upcoming v65!
🚨 As usual I remember to Premium members that you can find here on Patreon the nightly builds posts where you'll can download the nightly versions which will already include the new features/bugfixes listed below 👍
Nightly build (2024-10-20):
Moved the initialization of the file/folder selection window from program's startup to the moment it is actually needed (when the specific button is clicked). This means that while it will take more time each time the button is clicked (it will no longer open instantly as before since it requires re-initialization every time), at least this should avoid the issue #859
Improved the Batoto v3x framework, now also the chapters' title should be acquired by the program (issue #853)
Improved the Webtoons framework, this should fix the issue #855
Fixed the Coreview generic framework, this should fix also all the websites based on that framework including Shonenjumpplus as reported in the issue #858
Fixed a bug with the epub format setting that brought the program to restore that setting at every startup in loop, as reported in the issue #854
Fixed and improved the support for onepiecepower.com as requested by a Patron
Nightly build (2024-11-23):
Fixed the support for asuracomic.net Note: I am still working on the new download system (and you may see the first effects in this nightly build, for example a debug panel present in the toolbar 😅), so this release was not really planned for now. However, since a Premium supporter requested me to fix the site and dropping everything to address the indicated issue is one of the benefits of the Premium subscription, I had to release this nightly. Anyway if you are not interested in asuracomics, I recommend you sticking with the old nightly build as it is likely more stable (due to the extensive changes already made, I could not revert everything, so some functions might behave unexpectedly now).
