Testing a New API-Based plugin for Mangaplaza *UPDATED *AGAIN (Patreon)

Hey everyone,
I’ve been experimenting with a brand-new method for downloading content from Mangaplaza. Instead of relying on manual image capture through the web browser, the plugin now interacts directly with their internal API!
In my initial tests, everything is working smoothly and significantly faster! Because it no longer requires you to wait for pages to render in the browser, generating server links directly and decrypting images on the fly, this new approach is a major step up from the old version.
Where I need your help: Since I haven't purchased any paid content on the site myself, I can't verify if this API method works seamlessly for owned/paid titles. If you have any purchased manga or chapters on Mangaplaza, I’d really appreciate it if you could test the new plugin on those items. Please double-check that every page downloads correctly (assuming the chapter downloads at all) and let me know how it goes!
Important note on login: Before running the scraper, you must log into your Mangaplaza account using JAM's built-in web browser first. You can launch it directly from the top menu via Extra -> Python Support.
Thank you all as always for the ongoing support and feedback! Let me know your test results in the comments.Note: Please remember to manually replace the Mangaplaza.jar file in the plugins folder (located where you placed the Alpha launcher) with the one attached to this post. Since this is an exclusive plugin for Patreon supporters, it is not downloaded automatically by the program on startup like the standard ones!
UPDATE: In the previous version of the plugin, I was using a new function that was not yet supported in the alpha build, causing the process to freeze at 1% during chapter acquisition. This issue should now be resolved, my apologies for the inconvenience. Please redownload the plugin and overwrite the existing file as instructed above.
UPDATE 2: Since trial and error wasn't getting us anywhere, I went ahead and bought a couple of chapters on the site myself. That finally allowed me to debug it directly and fix the issue that was breaking the plugin for purchased chapters when using the site's API (it turned out to be a cookie handling issue, for those interested). The plugin is now working smoothly (at least on the chapters I was able to test 😅) including purchased ones. Everything runs through the site's internal API, which means no more endlessly waiting for chapter pages to load!
That said, I still strongly recommend setting the program to download only 1 chapter at a time in the program settings. I noticed that running multiple simultaneous downloads often crashes the internal browser, usually because a tab closes before the site's reader loads properly. Processing chapters one by one hasn't given me a single issue, even with 30+ chapters queued up.
Please redownload the attached plugin and overwrite your old file to test out the latest version!
