You need to PM them with your email address so they can add you. I always see people bitching about how they never get back to people but when you have 10000+ patrons, I would imagine they get a lot of messages. Same thing happened to me, I PM'd them and a day or 2 later it worked.

As far as I understand. If you are getting an error saying your email is blocked. It's because you didn't confirm it. I confirmed mine and have never had the problem.
