UPD: Access recovered!

Dear Patrons! We have some issues with our video hosting for NU videos. Videos aren't temporary available. But, we'll recover it very soon!

Hey how about you fix the download option for paying members? Me and others have messaged you many times already and got no response at all. I guess I need to ask patreon what can be done, because this is not ok.

Just a new member, not associated with the channel, but I've downloaded a dozen videos in the past two days from their patreon massage vids site from the links under the videos, both nu and not. It wasn't without issue, but I was able to eventually. Logging into their site through Patreon failed the first few times I tried. I needed to temporarily turn off Ghostery (my tracker and ad-blocker) and Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection for both Patreon and their site in order for the Login with Patreon function to work (I think - it's also possible that there was a delay because I was a new member), but after that I was able to access the downloads that go with my membership level (Gold) even after turning Ghostery back on. I haven't tested to see whether I need to turn it back off to log in next time yet. All the Dropbox links from the posts linked in the membership welcome message have indeed expired, but I'd be surprised if they were maintaining them now that they have their own website and it works. I haven't looked through their website to see whether all of the old videos from before the site was up are there, but I can say that there a whole bunch of downloadable videos.

It was down for less than a day. They obviously take this seriously, and were able to get things working again within a reasonable time. Subscriptions are for a month minimum, unless cancelled, so it's not really a big deal, is it?

Thank you very much morning_dew! I disabled all extensions and was finally able to download a file. Despite that, I think my criticism is still valid. The error message is misleading and there should be some kind of basic support. Last year they replied to problems but they stopped completely.

As far as I know. If you get the error that your email is blocked. It's because you didn't confirm your email.

If you did not mentioned that there is a problem, I did not realise it. It is not my expectation to get every two days a nu or no nu vid. I enjoy, whenever I see a new post🤗😘

Why do you never reply to messages or comments? I've been trying to download videos from patreon.massagevids.fun for months. You take our money but don't provide the service you advertised. Thanks
