Devil Horns V1 - Full Preview (Patreon)
Content
Hey everyone! Hope you've had a good week, and that you can look forward to the upcoming weekend. Thank you all for the continued support; it means alot!
As for what is likely the final WIP Update for this week, I wanted to show you all the Devil Horns that I previewed a while back. It took me a while to get shots of this and other mods because I decided my next playthrough will be a Masc V, and I had to completely redo my mod installation.
It was worth it though, because my Masc V looks really cute.
Here's the Colour Refs from the last preview, just to save you scrolling back:
Yes, I did state that I wanted to do more colours, and that hasn't changed. My initial plan was to try the Community Palette Project, like I used for my Netrunner Head Ports. But things turned out to be a bit more complex. So I am honestly considering an ArchiveXL version, because I'd be able to do alot and you guys wouldn't need to use a Head Mesh slot. It'd also be easy to switch out colours.
That's something that'll take a while to accomplish though, but stay tuned!
Aside from that, the main point of this post is to show you all the Nexus Mod Page screenshots that I set up. I spent at least 45 minutes taking shots, and making sure the lighting matched the vibes I was going for. I then spent another couple hours making some edits to all the shots to make them pop.
Here's a look at the Nexus Mod Page Banner:
Here's the Main Thumbnail for the Nexus Mod Page:
Something about the way the Banner and Main Thumbnail worked out well in terms of layout is super satisfying to me. These two shots are absolutely perfect. For the Banner, it really stands out. Same with the Main Thumbnail...perhaps even more so! I wanted to really zoom in and focus on the Horns, but also the environment I shot these screenies in.
It's the Bloody Lake out in the Badlands, by that huge crane; if anyone is interested.
There's alot more shots to show off, so to save you scrolling to the bottom for the conclusion, I had alot of fun making this mod. Editing the mesh was surprisingly easy, and I definitely want to see what else I can do with the Head Spike Meshes; I think I can get some super cool combinations going.
Thank you all for the support; here's the rest of the Nexus Mod Page stuff:
