MeltingAngels Discord - Update + Opening (Patreon)

Hey everyone! It's been a little while since I talked about the Discord server. That's because I lowkey struggled with getting some stuff working.

But I am very pleased to say that the server seems ready to be opened up to you guys! Huge thanks to cyberspitfirevp for their help! I was really stuck on getting Roles and reactions working, and they very kindly offered to help. Thanks to them, once you guys react to the rules and get the role of 'Choom', all the server channels will become available to you! cyberspitfirevp also did a great deal of general testing. My modding friend OfficiallyJewls also spent some time testing!

I may also open the server up to non Patrons, as my mods will only be posted here on the actual Patreon page. I need to think about that, to be honest.

At the moment, the server is pretty basic. As in, we don't have access to a channel banner yet. I am waiting to see how things go before investing some IRL money into the server. Something which I am sure you will all understand. If we do get a banner someday, I was thinking of hosting a contest for you guys to come up with designs; and the prize would be some kind of custom mod.

But for now, yes, the server seems ready to go!

I am planning to open the server up either tomorrow, or sometime over the weekend; I want to be 100% available when that happens so I can be around if anything goes wrong. This is hopefully going to be something we can all enjoy! It'll be fun talking to more of you over on Discord!

Thank you so much again, cyberspitfirevp and OfficiallyJewls!!!

So yeah, hopefully launching within the next few days! Hope to see you all there, once the server is officially open for busines!
