Hello everyone and welcome to the new patrons! I just wanted to let you know that I'm working on my first solo EP, therefore there won't be as many videos as usual on my Youtube channel which will probably lead to less Patreon content this month. I hope that's okay with you all<3 That said I'm super open to suggestions and requests so if you want a tab or the multitrack of an older jam, just let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Of course I will share some insights on the EP itself and I'll publish all the tabs and multitrack recordings once the EP is released. I already recorded most of the material and I just need a few more weeks to arrange and mix the whole thing.

The EP will be called "Thames On Fire" and should be pretty short, most likely 4 tracks long. So far it feels similar to my usual stuff but I can go a bit deeper without the limitations of my usual live setup, which feels really nice. Anyway thank you again for your support, it definitely makes that whole process easier and I can't wait to share the music with you!

Sounds fantastic Aldo great project to work on. I will miss the YouTube videos in the short term, but an EP would be awesome. In terms of multitrack I would love the tracks / vocal samples (I'd love to hear what it was before it was chopped up) from Jam 8. It would also be cool to have a challenge for patrons to do and post as I am sure there are a lot of us inspired to try to do similar looping stuff. I was wondering if something like the OP1 battle challenges: https://op-forums.com/c/op-1/battles would work. It could be something simple like - 'grab this sample and create a loop using this and only 3 chords made on another instrument, post a link to your recording in the comments'. But whatever you decide, all the best with EP and look forward to putting it on repeat when it comes out.

Hey thanks for the kind word! I definitely have the vocal chops from the Random Jam #8 somewhere on a hard drive, I'll try to post this tomorrow. :) As for the the battle idea I'll have to think about how to set this up but this could be fun!

Awesome Aldo thanks. I personally don't know if it needs to be competitive (like the battles) it would just be fun to hear what other people do with the challenge and to have a drive for me to actually get something to a finished state. :-).

i'm waiting

Aldo! this is great! an EP is an awesome idea🙌 enjoy the process and don't take it too serious😉 a remix contest or something would be really awesome whether it is competitive or not, I would totally be down for that. Congratulations man i'm really exited for you, have fun!
