The Rules are SIMPLE!

EACH one of you can SUGGEST only ONE movie.

Otherwise I get 200+ suggestions and it is kidna pointless.

So let's start with some movie suggestions!

The Rules are simple!

1 comment = 1 movie suggestion.

Before you comment check the comments if the movie is already mentioned and if so just heart/like it.

For example - If the comment/movie has 10 hearts that means 10 guys like that suggestion. In the polls I can put like 25 movies so the movies with the most hearts will be there.

Cheers

YES!!!

We don’t need more Disney movies. Everyone knows most of them *because they are made for children.*

PREACH! Not just “Boogie Nights” – but EVERY all of Paul Thomas Anderson’s films should have been prioritized long ago on here. Just as The Homies love watching Quentin Tarantino films and have done reactions to *most of them* [cough cough! watch “Death Proof” you cowards! ಠ◡ಠ] & even Christopher Nolan’s movies, Paul Thomas Anderson is a filmmaker whose work DESERVES so much love and attention. Not to keep ranting on this soap box…but it baffles me that so many people, (not just ppl on youtube & patreon who do movie reactions; I mean ppl in general), don’t give the same level of attention, appreciation, love, etc. to the movies made by *Steven Soderbergh.* I consider Soderbergh to be WITHOUT QUESTION one of the most significant, inventive, and *ridiculously clever* American directors of the last ~30 years. Sure, he’s been given some recognition since the outbreak of covid-19 because his 2011 film, “Contagion,” was eerily prophetic in how accurate it was in its depiction of humanity – as everyone with different levels of political, social, and scientific “authority” tried to navigate the (mostly unprecedented) international health crisis. And most folks who are aware of Steven Soderbergh as a great filmmaker are usually familiar with movies like, “Oceans 11,” “Traffic,” “Erin Brockovich,” “Contagion,” and “Magic Mike.” DON’T GET ME WRONG: THOSE ARE ALL GREAT FILMS! But I don’t get how or why so many people can see & love those movies, but then not even bother to look up everything else that Soderbergh has done – you know? Anyway, I think he’s just as fun and creative as another great filmmaker of his age/generation: David Fincher. I just wonder why audiences go out of their way to look up & watch all of the movies made by people like Tarantino, Fincher, and Nolan…but don’t bother with a person who is WITHOUT QUESTION on the same level of talent and ambition as a visual storyteller. tl;dr – people should be watching everything made filmmakers like Paul Thomas Anderson and Steven Soderbergh, NOT JUST MOST MAINSTREAM/POPULAR STUFF. The TV series that Soderbergh directed every episode of for both of its seasons, “The Knick,” is one of the greatest television shows ever made. FULL STOP. But instead of checking out 20 episodes of “The Knick,” people just shrug before watching the latest Disney #Content™ – which is kind of soul-crushing as someone who believes Soderbergh’s debut feature, “Sex, Lies and Videotape,” is just as brilliant as it was when it won the Palme d’Or at Cannes in 1989. (P.S. The HBO mini-series that Soderbergh made called, “Mosaic,” is a must-watch for fans of extremely smart murder mysteries. I think it’s only 5 or 6 episodes, and to this day it’s the only TV show or movie – that I’m aware of – to be “told” in such a unique way. It’s difficult to explain it further without getting into some spoilers & also writing a lot more than I already have.) Cheers!

Reign of Fire (2002)

rSb - Rob Benjamin

To Moderator: May I make a new rule to your polls? If somebody posts more than ONE movie, ALL of their movie suggestions (regardless of how many votes it gets) become DISQUALIFIED from the poll. It might hopefully encourage reading. Reading is always a good thing for humanity. ☺

Este

I say another rule, if a movie is posted multiple times than the votes from when the movie was first commented are the votes that should count unless it’s that way already, people be posting the same movies again and again instead of giving more movie options

Maxime

The girl named Blue reacted to this I don’t think the other gang did though but it would be nice if they do now plus I can’t seem to find Blue’s reactions to Alien and Aliens which she also did on SYNC, good suggestion though :)

I do not think of my fave movies when making a suggestion but what the Homies may like mostly because that is what viewers of their reactions want ... their passion and emotions. Which is why I suggest Marley and Me judging from their reaction to Hachi. They love dogs as do I. I am sure most everyone who watched their reaction wanted to reach through the screen to give Ellie a hug and likely the same thing will happen with Marley and Me. Patreon and Larry, please watch the trailers -- and search the ending scene ... without spoiling it for the girls.

Timothy Bubble

I would love to see your reactions to the great music and amazing animation style of "The Prince of Egypt" (1998).
