[Selective Adaptation] allows me to adapt to one thing at a time. It is an active skill, so the adaptation isn’t permanent, and there is a time limit to it as well. At least for now. As I level up, the adaptation itself becomes faster and lasts longer. But currently, it is locked to adapting my body to my movement speed. That is why I can’t use it against the bits of Nyssa’s blood burning inside my chest.

I allow the shockwave of my explosion to wash over me as I teleport again, just as Nyssa reaches where I once stood.

Before she can follow me, Morwag is onto her, boosting his movement by binding his speed with hers. He rushes at her straight through my explosion, and that beautiful lunatic is currently binding part of that explosion to his skin.

I don’t even try to comprehend how it works, but it explains why the explosion wasn't bigger. As the demon runs, the energy lingers on his skin, splashing around with each movement as he keeps losing parts of it. Destruction follows in his wake as he reaches Nyssa and crashes against her.

I, meanwhile, [Focus] on cycling my Empyrean Ichor through my body. It moves much more aggressively, reacting to the bits of Primordial blood burning inside of me. As I generate more mana, the gravity on me increases, but that mana gets absorbed by my blood, strengthening it further in combination with the faster circulation that I continue to boost.

My finger moves back to my forehead. I let a tiny bit of kinetic energy destabilize to cause a small wound on my fingertip as I swiftly draw more inscriptions across my forehead and the sides of my head, over my ears.

The world slows down further, to the point I remember Lissandra’s warning. I begin to feel even emptier and more tired, but my effort has nothing to do with my feelings. I wouldn't have endured Lissandra’s training for so long if my effort was powered by anger or a need to prove something to myself. Such feelings die off after a while.

I glance down to watch the two figures move quickly all over the place, destroying mountains. Morwag makes himself a giant as he binds entire forests to himself, throwing unbinding energy all over the place as he attacks Nyssa with his extremely durable body.

Then, I reach for the small bag on the back of my waist and take out a protective case containing a single item: a syringe with a weird liquid sloshing inside, made by an even weirder lynthari.

I think I can take advantage of Nyssa’s blood and my ongoing trait strengthening.

Without hesitation, I stab that syringe right toward my heart, using the wound Nyssa caused that refuses to heal. Then I press down and send all the liquid made with Leviathan spinal fluid inside.

All sounds disappear. I don’t even detect my body reflexively lifting the barrier to defend against the projectiles shooting toward me. My blood becomes even wilder, and so do the droplets of the Primordial Blood. The veins my Ichor passes through burn, and more of my mana gets absorbed by it and hyper-condensed, fighting against the Primordial blood.

And my Mana Heart begins to slow down. The thumps become slower and slower and weaker until it fully stops. Without it beating the silence becomes even deeper, and it stretches for a long few seconds.

Then it begins to beat again. Right from the start, it flutters like the heart of a tiny animal. I stop counting at the estimation that, if it continues to beat at this speed, it will be 300 heartbeats per minute. Each beat surges mana through my body, but unlike my normal mana, this is pre-condensed to the point where I’m confident a slight push would turn it into black mana. It even clashes against the Empyrean Ichor, further causing it to rage on.

I don’t know how long the effect will last, so I move further into the air with my vessel growing, drawing inscriptions that I then [Weave] into the sky. Through them, the mana I have been gathering spreads, pulsating and activating them.

It is just in time, as Nyssa jumps to the top of the highest mountain around, swinging her hand to get rid of what must be Morwag’s blood on her fingers. She jumps in a pulse of kinetic energy, her heart now beating only when she wills it to. That pulse entirely destroys the mountain beneath her, cracking it across its entirety, and with a rumble, the rocks roll down as it breaks apart.

The sky seems to tear apart as I manifest dozens of human-like arms that pierce from my [Weave], each of them as big as a building and in a dense blue color. The arms continue to extend, longer and longer, moving almost like snakes as they head towards Nyssa with open palms to grab her.

With a sword made of her Primordial Blood, she swings and deflects them, causing them to continue down to the ground and pierce into the earth, the forests, and the mountains around.

I even get a few kill notifications and a level up, but I only check on skill notifications.

[Weave - lvl 20 > Weave - lvl 21]

[Weave - lvl 21 > Weave - lvl 22]

[Weave - lvl 22 > Weave - lvl 23]

[Weave - lvl 23 > Weave - lvl 24]

[Manifestation - lvl 48 > Manifestation - lvl 49]

[Manifestation - lvl 49 > Manifestation - lvl 50]

Each time Nyssa swings her sword, I feel a burn in my chest as if in reaction to that, and both my wound and the broken ribs refuse to heal.

My quickly beating heart seems like it might be about to explode, but instead of using its entire output to fight Nyssa, I use a big part of it to spread through my body. It is the body that I support to fight against the Primordial Blood and against the increasingly wild Empyrean Ichor. One of my eyes is closed as I concentrate inward, aiding that process even further to align all the mana the way I want.

I teleport away just as Nyssa reaches me, and leave a vessel behind that grows two more arms and coils them all around Nyssa. The halo over its head spins faster, pulling in all that I have woven from the sky and destabilizing just as a white and golden core blinks within.

[Empyrean Lance - lvl 56 > Empyrean Lance - lvl 57]

[Empyrean Lance - lvl 57 > Empyrean Lance - lvl 58]

Another of my longer distance teleports is stopped by a shockwave from the explosion that spreads a mana disruption wave through the area, and I crash against the ground and roll once before I absorb my momentum and jump up to pick up speed. In a powerful, long leap, I jump over the mountain and boost myself to the ground to pick up even more speed.

The speed at which I move causes a strong wind to blow in my face as I continue to run faster and faster, leaping and jumping like a happy kid enjoying a run, probably would. Debris rains all around me, and my explosion has caused a strong implosion and bursts of mana that lashes and streams of mana that cut through the area, destroying it even further and coloring the sky in a blue hue with a bit of golden and white.

Without even looking back, I dodge, avoiding all the debris falling around me and even a few projectiles of the albino demon hunting me.

[Perception - lvl 77 > Perception - lvl 78]

The amount of mana I am spending to deal with the mess inside of my body is insane, so there is a new vessel behind me that I recreate to help to deal with it all. But slowly, I start to run out of mana. I don’t want to unseal Ignition Heart again, as I have no mental capacity to deal with primordial energy and redistribute it, and I don’t want to use black mana, as I don’t want to share and fight with it currently.

So there is just one option.

My run comes to a stop right in front of Savant, who is, for some reason, almost fully healed, unlike the still bleeding Weslin, and I wonder what this unhealthily patient guy absorbed from Nyssa and how much of the asskicking did he allow to be done to him on purpose.

Pushing these thoughts away, I [Weave] my reinforcement and kinetic energy to move at a burst of high speed. Savant begins to react and almost spikes his mana to the point he matches me, but I surprised him. I take the Sword of Aeons out of his hand and boost myself high into the air as Nyssa crashes into the exact spot I stood before, leaping after me.

Using a mark I placed previously, I teleport again before she can stop me, and appear right at the spot where my vessel exploded.

I let mana flood out from the Sword of Aeons, and I release all the locks and seals on it, letting it out fully like the entirety of an ocean crashing through a window into a room. In these currents, I swim so easily. I bend them to my will, making the mana flow around me and float to the halo spinning over my head, from which I take more and move it into my body.

Both of my eyes are closed now, looking inward as my still-wild heartbeat mixes with the mana I continue to compress. The whirlpool over my head draws in remains from the explosion and then from further away. It roars audibly with a piercing noise, like a maelstrom pulling from miles and miles away. I drown my body in it, and as easily as breathing, I use Mana Cycling, moving it all in the way I want.

I think the most ridiculous part about this is that my body hasn't exploded yet. Just a single slip up, a single mistake, and nothing will remain of me, and an area the size of a smaller country would shake under the explosion.

But finally, a few droplets of Primordial Blood die off, suffocated not by Empyrean Ichor, but by my mana and my body itself.

A notification dings.

Your trait, Mana Physique, has begun forcefully evolving!

The evolution is influenced by the ongoing external factors, your performance up until now, and is done to more accurately reflect your capabilities and the state of your body.

Mana Physique 2/5 > Mana Vessel 1/3

Mana Vessel - The user's physique evolves into a reinforced container that can hold mana at a density far exceeding physical limitations. The integrated network allows for the compression of massive energy volumes into the user’s frame, turning the body into a high-capacity reservoir capable of sustaining immense output and allowing mana to flood through the body with near zero resistance.

This further adds to the strain put on me, though it fails to dim my excitement as I swiftly read the description.

There are two traits applying, my mind feels like it might just switch off, and then there is that albino demon hunting me like I owe her money.

The Sword of Aeons runs out of mana, and with a boost of kinetic energy, I throw it at Nyssa, who caught up to me, and at the same time, somewhere in Savant's general direction. Obviously, Nyssa avoids it easily.

Somewhere in the distance, I notice Morwag, surfing the huge chains of his Obsidian Spine Chain in our direction. Even if he seems back in one piece, I don't think he is healed. I believe he just picked up the severed body parts and bound them back to himself. That maniac must be damaged as well, but he just keeps coming. I wonder if, at this point, Lyraen would be able to damage him, as people like Nyssa do not count.

I also notice Savant scraping bits of Nyssa’s blood from the ground, which he sniffed out and storing them in a vial. This almost makes me chuckle even as Nyssa cuts at my body and destroys my attempts to teleport, so I boost myself away with what feels like the last bits of my energy.

This is when I decide I have had my dose of fun, and it is time to dip.

Today, I haven't even forced that goddamn demon to use her third primordial energy.

I use feints for my teleport as I stretch multiple lines, and she fails to find the right one. I teleport away towards where I sense the portal to the Entrance Floor, away from the surface, and this maniac.

Passing through, the world around me spins more than it should, and I almost expect to find myself back with Diligence or Ruby, or back on the 12th Beyond floor. But I just appear back in the Entrance Floor. It is a smaller city with cobbled streets and many fresh Beyonders passing through with eyes wide open at the exciting new area of their tutorial.

There, I stumble and lean against a wall, smearing my blood on it before I push myself off and walk through the crowd.

The hair rises on the back of my neck as, to my left, I notice Nyssa walking there as well, with only the people from the crowd between us. I almost hope for her to be reasonable, but then I realize how silly that is, just as she shoots projectiles of air at me. These projectiles pass right behind or in front of the attendees. Some even ruffle the hair of a few without them noticing.

I let the attacks slam against the defensive layer I swiftly put atop my skin, modifying it so it ripples and absorbs the impact instead of them detonating and deflecting.

Both of us continue walking in the same direction, while none of the attendees notice a thing. Her projectiles crash against me, and I shoot some near-transparent mana orbs at her that she breaks apart into faint mana particles. We both shoot while avoiding hitting the people between us, sometimes by a hair’s breadth.

Nyssa’s eyes narrow further as she changes direction and starts heading more in my direction, ready to cut off my path. The weapon that was a sword on the surface of Beyond is now a small dagger she holds hidden.

In my hand, a small [Empyrean Lance] begins to form before I squeeze and break it, turning that mana into a dagger similar to hers.

Finally, some of the attendees seem to sense something as a few start looking around in panic and others look like they are suffocating. Meanwhile, Nyssa and I keep our eyes locked. That gaze doesn't break even as the area behind us explodes and people scream while defending themselves.

It seems that Morwag has arrived as well.

TFTC!

Alexikon

Weave already reached lvl 22 in the last chapter

Budgie

Invisible Air projectiles vs. Invisible mana. Aaaaaand Morwag ruined it

Thien T

John Wickthaniel and Nyssa shooting at each other with silenced pistols within a crowd while passersby remain oblivious. Absolute Cinema.

Nate El

“ You wouldn’t risk innocents in your lust for glorious combat would you demon?”

James Gusto

The rulers intervene to prevent mass casualties. That has been referenced several times before with the dangerous sand, fiery fragment, and on other occasions it’s just a matter of a scale right? So how many have to die in their little tussle before diligence shows up?

I Is Patron

So im guessing Selective Adaptation is getting fused with Mana manipulation to get Mana adaptation.

Rentaro Black

Was this inspired by that one John Wick scene? 🤔

Raven

Tyty

Hardworking Guy

Chadthaniel sparring Nyssa while going through double trait strengthening, brain fog from Liss's torture and he's doing all that while focusing on his upgrades more than the fight.

Youkai-sama

Seems ole Savi's been mana-jacked! 😆 *yoink*

frankie doerr

Who else expects Nat and nyssa to say morwag sit at the same time

frankie doerr

Poor savant all that work filling up the sword just to have it emptied in milliseconds he’s going to to need to find a way to keep people from taking it that’s 3 times in a day with ruby nyssa and assholethaniel

Keithou

Its the Cliff!!!

Nemesis

Since when has the system been nice enough to provide details on spontaneously upgraded traits!?

Nemesis

Also, props to whoever guessed [Mana Vessel] as the upgrade to Mana Physique

Max Vidal

I love how cinematic that fight is. Great arc. Does anyone remember how long does nat has on his beyond permit ?

Thariaus

What did you mean? Because of the seconds death of the Dhampir the ruler of diligence have become angry and massacre everyone!!!!!! This is the story and Nat have do nothing!!!!!

AL

Damn this battle's outcome is stilll as unpredictable as in the last 2 chapters. 😅 Pure Masterwork.

Moon Winchester

I love what’s happening though I will say this I am surprised the Ichor did not get a strengthening or mutation by possibly assimilating with the primordial blood because of selective adaption

Memelord Steambath

Its just basic training dude, pets of noble ladies and even street rats could do better

John

exactly my thought

John

yesss

ChildConsumerServices

Nyssa and Nat having fun avoiding disturbing the crowd until Hurricane Morwag came in and ruined it, a tale as old as time

ChildConsumerServices

Ichor is already a very very strong trait compared to physique which was one of the first base traits chosen(?) So it makes sense it was strengthened ahead of ichor. Also why would it get strengthened because of Adaptation? The skill has just been used to reduce the damage body strengthening does to allow Nat to fight better, no effect on Ichor

Nemesis

So does the fact that Mana Vessel only has 3 stages mean the other two traits aren't potent enough to harmonise and boost its potential? If so, could the other two traits have dropped to only being 4 stages max now that Physique has upgraded?

Luxa

Most normal Group 4 member btw

Levi

Why does it feel so wrong to say "he used the catboy juice"?

ChildConsumerServices

When the chapter so good you gotta read it 2 times... AND ITS STILL NOT ENOUGH 💔💔💔

Miranoji

It still might. Im the chapter it says that few of the droplets died off. Not all of them. Remember though, his adaptation skill is an active and the adaptations are not permanent yet. I can imagine that the Ichor and Vessel traits might interact in some way potentially.. We will have to wait for the traits to finish applying I guess before we see the screens.

monsieurTNT251

If he doesn't beat her ass after all this training and strengthening...

Charles Simon

Or just eventually ‘Adapt’ - chad final skill

quiet

U have to take in consideration what he's dealing with internaly - trait strenghtening which takes a toll on him

Little Watchmaker

Do we know if mana vessel has fixed the original issues Nat had with his body/constitution? Obviously not the new ones for his mind threatening to explode.... lol will he ever be in top condition? Swear for the last year he's been operating on 2hp the whole time.

Sammot

Wonder when he will use the wyvern blood! If its even still necessary

Primo

He will eventually absorb it so it will solve this weapon theft problem I guess

J W

Nat can just fill it later

Baramus

She’s also a monster. An extra year of training just evens out the time they’ve spent in the tutorial, and Nyssa has already beaten a Champion by herself and been surviving on the 6th floor of Beyond.

Fdrugc

"Finally, some of the attendees seem to sense something as a few start looking around in pani,c and others look like they are suffocating" Suggested edit change "pani,c" to panic.

MannaDaddy

Nat and Nyssa playfully poking each other while on a walk was so wholesome and cute

Adrian Rake

What a charming spar among Premodial Knights 😉

Terri Harris

I wonder if Nat and Nyssa need to get a room?

Ivan Jelenić

Nyssa killed it. But when Diligence appears because of Nyssa, he will see Nat again and be really annoyed it's connected to him again, even if not directly.

Erik Halberg

It'll be funny to see Nat freeze like a cat with socks on when Nyssa corners and then kisses him

Ivan Jelenić

Cerim might have yoinked it, who knows.

Ivan Jelenić

lol didn't even notice it until you pointed it out.

Ivan Jelenić

Speaking of socks, did she leave hers on the surface? Did they survive the cataclysm of the fight? She might get angry that they got wrecked or dirtied.

Primo

Seels like it will alleviate it but not fix it completely, Nat fights best when he is not in peak condition haha

Tyler Engelke

Not really. His issue is and always was that he's just cramming so much mana in his body that any mistake or disruption and he'd pop like a balloon. A higher capacity just means he can push it even further. But the problem won't ever really go away until he's just invincible to mana.

Primo

Potential is different to actualised strenght, Nat needs time to digest his Liss training and the fact that he is even contending with Nyssa who got 5 traits, already has a new primary class after reaching level 450, while Nat is nerfed and not using black mana is already peak

j km

pani,c - panic,

mulchymulcher

Morwag, don't get the group sent back to the principals office AGAIN!

xlejdez.

It's been explained that every trait has 4th and 5th stage, unlocked at Champion and Absolute level respectively. Nat just had it revealed earlier because of the resonance between his traits and we never learned if that changes something. I think it's affecting other system advancements favourably for him, kinda like the fact that system remembers he visited Earth before finishing tutorial.

Andrew

Thank you!

Lance Beam

TFTC. Morwag is the most demon demon to ever demon, I hope he doesn’t get typecast as comic relief.

granndfunk

Why did he go back to the entrance floor?

Nemesis

Does that make Nat a furry? 😛

William Johnson

Then Mormor shows up like "Oh hey guys are you fighting?! Can I play too?! Guys? Guys? Why are you being so quiet guys!?"

Gutz

Oh come on, Sunday is VERY far now!

James Skinner

Surely his final skill will just be Mana.

Madje Tobi Marc'Avent Tchona

Them fighting with so much control “Beyond” attendees don’t even notice is actually insane…. I would love to see this part animated

Spooky eggz

If you mean after the tutorial ends then it's 1 year if I'm correct

Spooky eggz

My mana sense is tingling. Maybe with the selective adaptation and the new mana vessel trait, they'll influence eachother if he starts adapting to mana overload, eventually he'll become immune to it as he's constantly struggling with it. Then add black mana to the mix and Nat will just become a mana black hole just as mommysandra was at the destruction of eladore haha

Sean

I hope we get more Nyssa in the future. She seems like a very polite demon. Once they establish their friendship they can schedule playda- ahem, fights in the future.

Yozora

Nah, why would he need mana adaptation?

Gardor

How'd she catch up to him so fast? He teleported, if she did her usual kinetic energy jumping thing she'd have made as loud an entrance as mormor. And probably would have taken longer, too.

Chun

“This is when I decide I have had my dose of fun, and it is time to dip. Today, I haven't even forced that goddamn demon to use her third primordial energy.” It’s kinda funny seeing Nat not using Black Mana and Nyssa not using her third primordial energy. To the both of them, the last 3 chapters have just genuinely been a warmup. Nat basically used the fight to setup for his trait evolution and just decides to dip when he gets it, and Nyssa has only received a single scratch, with all her attacks so far being just a simple slash. Meanwhile Moarwag is just sort of there 🤣 All of this does make me wonder what Nyssa’s status looks like. She did solo a champion and was exploring beyond’s sixth floor for a time, so she might have had her level 450 class upgrade? But at the same time she is the greatest talent within the last thousands of years, so I’m more inclined to think she hasn’t and that what she’s shown so far can’t even be attributed to a class upgrade. I don’t remember if it’s been stated before, but since her blood is the op thing about her and is actively killing her, it also has to be a trait right? If it is I’d also imagine it’s probably on the same tier if not higher than Nat’s new Mana Vessel, as he got the evolution after he destroyed the last remnants of her blood in his body. I wonder how she built her status, is she like Nat and is just leaning into doubling down and making her blood kill her faster in exchange for more power? Or are her skills and passives meant to be slowing down the damage?

Tarback

So with beyond always pulling on Nats mana, thats just way to similar to black mana. Could a large piece of that dead god, or even its body (since they mentioned the bodies of gods are throughout the dungeon) be at the center also reminds me of The Pit

Austin Barton

It’s already absorbed into his arm

Edmund Dillon

I love the dynamic of this trio. Primordial lunatics are in good hands😂Tftc!!!

thisisniall

Remember, Physique is already an evolved skill. It started as Mana Circuit. And Nat seemed to specifically think evolving his Physique further was “next” before this fight per his last conversation with Lissandra.

Al

I have no problem if he did, the folks in the chat come up with good ideas sometimes

Loot

to deal with his 2 trait strenghtenings happening at the same time

Kirin

Thank you for the chapter!

J. Suber

Small mistake in the last paragraph. The comma was put inside "pani,c"

Matt Corcoran

Even if this fixes the issue, it's just a new opportunity for Nat to break his body in a different way to challenge himself. Like a normal.

Mapthaniel

Savant just licking the plate as usual, guy should be the ruler of Gluttony

thisisniall

When the street rats from your home town are S ranks it puts the whole noble lady’s pets thing into more context

xlejdez.

I want Nat and Nyssa adventures on the 6th floor.

Rishabh

Guys i need some similar recommendations to this please. Need that good progressive fantasy crack in my veins

Alex

And Liss😭

Alex

"looking around in pani,c" - morwag Today's chappy was lovely! Beautiful :) I wasn't expecting at all you would find a way to write an upper-scale fight in this situation. Makes Nyssa and Nat both chads. And damn Morwag 😭 completely forgot about him. So far Dili wasn't so angry... not anymore.. Love the new trait name as well! Can't wait to see the next upgrade and see how broken its gonna be. And glad we had a quick look at a mana-heart generating more compressed Mana.

Kaladin

So physique into vessel, wavelength tyrant into preeminence eyes, and empyrean ichor? There were no other evolutions just cap changes?

Shawn Treants

So the new trait is only 1 of 3?

Al

That was my thought. If the system was founded or integrated with that god in our universe, it may contain a lot of fragments of the mana god.

Al

That, or maybe the corpse of that god…

xlejdez.

Well to be honest we don't know if she's reached lvl 450. I'd think it would be better if that's not the case.

xlejdez.

currently active? The Hundred Reigns has me on leash. Or for something similar to this, The Tutorial is Too Hard by Gandara (completed korean web novel) strong beggining-middle, kinda falls of after.

Mister Cakers

Is it possible to merge active and passive skills? Maybe he can coax them to merge

Mister Cakers

Maybe his blood isn’t strong enough to meaningfully grow from its fight against her primordial blood. Might be the case that he needs to evolve it using the dragons blood before tackling it. Or just do both at the same time who knows

Moon Winchester

I’m saying it would get strengthened because of the wyvern blood as well as the primordial blood

Shawn Treants

Wow you are a douche. Must have a boring life. My point being normal traits are 3 to begin with. 5 is a step up. So why the reduction when his new trait seems so much better. So is this an intentional return to simplicity? But instead of engaging.. you act like someone Nathaniel would mock for getting pegged by a ferret.

Tishane :Imperial MageKiller

Nah these last couple of fights are crazy work the scale is so balanced and yet so epic Nat Damageing Nyssa is Peak i cant remember if anyone has even done that outside of the Vault chapter.

SqrlyGrly

Don't forget Liss. And that's all in one day.

Lucas Tristram

I don't think so but it will affect what the system shop offers

Madje Tobi Marc'Avent Tchona

Operating like this forces him to have near perfect control or die. It’s continuous 24/7 hardcore training and shit… no one can say it’s ineffective. He just might push mana manipulation in the 90s sometime soon

Ivan Jelenić

Will they be banned from the lvl 1 entrance city as well? 😂

Ivan Jelenić

Cerim, using just "demon" to identify someone doesn't work when there are two demons. xD I suspect fights of 3 or more people have extra problems like these, that fights of two don't. Some constructions could be improved to help the reader more easily identify who does what. I've noticed I had to stop at a couple points to think who's doing what, because it seemed unclear at first. You want to avoid stoppage like that, especially in a fast paced fight.

Gutz

why the hell did kindness fabricate such a mess ?

tyhuko

Seems like it's much stronger so only 3 stage were unlocked. Liss said that some 3-stagers are much stronger than 5 stage traits, so if this Physique has more stages he'll likely have to earn them through more combinations/achievements (probably evolving Ichor)

Val the mysterious Jedi

Savi stopping to pick up hard earned loot had me dying, also can't believe diligence ruined a first floor because he was jealous of Nat and the bois plus one girl

MadeOfCandy

I don't think it explicitly said which length beyond entry token he'd used, but he has a whole grip of tokens for a fortnight. Modified by whatever Primordial Knight's multiplier on stay time is, the current entry could be anywhere from 14-days to a month.

conkerer

He did say he can't find it in himself to take it seriously after all

Terri Harris

Nyssa just wants to establish for the tutorial record that she's the baddest bestests demon demon attendee, that they all made it to the 12th floor and have made such waves, hurts her pride. Funny that at the start of "the boys" trip Morwag only had a few days left of his tutorial. It'd be hilarious if right as he's gaining (in his mind) the upper hand with Nyssa he gets teleported back home. I can just imagine his outrage and angst! With that idea, I wonder if Nat will buy a tutorial token that Ruby unlocked previously and "dip" back to his tutorial floor. Its been such a long time for him. With the way things are going, I can just see him dipping into the middle of a fight with Kindnesses clone. What's a guy gotta do to earn a little nap, a few hours to recharge? TFTC! As always, love your writing. Super fun living along side Nat as he grows at epic speeds. I do miss Biscuit & appreciate the little side info about him. I can just imagine the amount of puppy kisses tail wags tears and slobber when Nat & Biscuit are again reunited!

Kevin

She clearly did it because of the ruler of diligence. It’s always his fault. Kindness might be hoping Nyssa loses or fails. She wants Nyssa to get stronger and her losing to Nathaniel will probably light a fire under her ass. Also, they don’t seem to actually want the other dead, so there’s actually very little risk involved for them.

Primo

Think she definitly has her 450 level class upgrade already, not to mention she killed a champion by herself and the dhamhir alone which is level 549, unless she has been refraining from killing anything on the six floor for the last few months

Xeo

You had weave hit 22 the last chapter

D

Why I am the 666th like for all these chapters. W t f
