Drop Deep Trigger (Patreon)

Drop Deep Trigger - Free - 17:52 min

This is a simple trance anchor, using the phrase *drop deep*. I first guide you into a deep trance through progressive relaxation, resistance, and some mild fractionation. I then expand the anchor, setting it deep and allowing you to remind your mind just where you are going to go when you or someone you trust and have consented to says the words and set them loose.

This file ends on a trigger and does not contain a wakener, so you could either rest for a while until you a ready to resume your day, set a timer for yourself, or place a file with a wakener in a playlist.

Available above and in the Free MP3 folder. Available in binaural beats format in the Student Drive.
