RIP hopper :( that was just heartbreaking to watch

Unpopular opinion: I was glad that Billy died. He was a psycho and a bully. I don't understand why some people feel sad about his death. I know he had a bad childhood, but that's no excuse for being a horrible person, as he clearly was. (Props to Dacre Montgomery though, he was phenomenal in this role.)

Gaten has an amazing voice. In fact, Gaten (Dustin), Caleb (Lucas), Sadie (Max), and Gabriella (Suzie) were all on Broadway at the same time in musicals. They actually all knew each other even before they had auditioned for this show and it was a coincidence that they all auditioned and were cast in this show (I don't think Gabriella was a coincidence. I think they cast her on purpose because they found out that Gaten, Caleb, and Sadie were all friends from Broadway) :)

Sofie, there is a post-credit scene that you seem to have missed, you should really watch it. Amazing reaction, btw, I love how much you care about these characters. :-)

Ariel17

You missed the post-credit scene Sofie! But yea, this finale is so good and so painful as well. That ending scene with Hop's letter.....man that broke me too 😭 Loved your reaction!

DazzleFae

Totally agree! He was racist and literally would've killed Lucas on multiple occasions, and he was abusive towards Max. Being abused doesn't mean you can abuse others. It SUCKS that he was abused, but I can't stand him...

Andrea Dcosta

I cried like a baby in the letter scene with you, it always breaks me. The last line- Keep the door open 3 inches kills me 🥺 awesome reaction like always Sofie. You missed the end credits scene but no worries you can watch it on your own also and just talk about it later perhaps.

He wasn't a physcho at all. Not sure where u got that from. He was just as much a victim as El. Its crazy u DON'T get why people feel for him. He did absolutely nothing to max this season and the rest was done by mind flayer so how is he a physcho lol. He was a messed up young man who was abused very badly. Billy saved El and could have been a great part of the team. No he never would have killed Lucas at all and I'm black but even i found his racism fake, theres types, ones who just say racist stuff because they were taught that and those who truly hate. Billy left Lucas be after s2 so i really dont think its fair to go on about how racist he was. I barely caught it myself and still feel for the boy. Billy was a bully yes but he don't deserve to die at all, especially when he's so young, his whole life has been abuse, it's not like hes some 40 year old man, isn't he like 18 in the show.

Allison

Echoing what everyone said. We were all crying right along with you 😩. Now that we can FINALLY tell you that the kids can sing! Dustin, Lucas, and Max -if not for the reaction, then just for yourself do a deep dive on YouTube to find videos of them singing (maybe after season 4 so you don’t accidentally run into any spoilers).

SOPH YOU DIDN'T WATCH TILL THE END. There's a post credit scene you missed which is REALLY important!!!!!!!!!!

Kim Walker

Softa, you missed the last 6 minutes as the credits rolled. You should check it out.

Gabriela Popescu

Pleaseeee watch to the end Sofie you won’t regret it!

billy was horrible but he showed this season that he could possibly turn into someone that WASN'T horrible. people aren't necessarily grieving s2 billy, they're grieving the traumatized little boy that he used to be, the boy we see snippets of in s3. not just in flashbacks, but in his sobbing and begging max, his tear while threatening el. they're grieving what he could have become. also, their hearts are being ripped apart because of max's reaction and grief. even if billy had no storyline in s3 and acted the same as in s2 many wouldn't want him dead because they don't want max to be hurt. and if they're less of a passive/emotional viewer, meaning someone who more-so analyzes story and acting, they STILL might not want him dead because he's a fantastic actor and an interesting character. there are of course people who are deluded by dacre mongomery's good looks, (aka being literally gorgeous beyond all measure. that's besides the point though 😊) but the vast majority seem to feel that he was a horrible person, but that it was his past that turned him into that and he could have become better if he lived

Billy stood up for himself to his abuser, finally and no one can ever abuse him anymore now💔
