Awesome recap of the previous episode. I was looking forward to hearing your thoughts on that "nurture over nature" debate, and I agree with you and Paige. Also, so good that the father chose NOT to bind the baby's powers ✨️ This episode is perfect and I loved your reaction. Yes, Chris did come back to change the future, but like he said, it was supposed to be a surgical strike. The future is changed with every choice we make and he could make it worse. That's why he's being careful with what he says and does. Yeah, he should've told them the truth carefully, but I understand him. He doesn't want to make mistakes. RIP Eric Dane 🙏🏻

Fun fact we are in the year Chris is from, he traveled back from 2026 to 2004 🤣I remember watching it as a kid and thinking what’ll be like in the future, and how far it seems… safe to say my imagination was much more positive than the reality we are in now.

I think it's very understandable that this isn't something Chris would feel able to tell them. I mean, look at it like this: Stranger comes from the future and tells them their baby is evil in his future and he's back to stop that from happening. Then they didn't trust him, so that's not gonna help with that. And now they're finally starting to trust him and he doesn't want to jeopardise that by telling them that their baby is gonna grow up to be evil. Plus, just look at the world he's from. I very much doubt trust and honesty comes easily to him. I find it so interesting though that just last episode Chris was adamant about killing that baby just on the off chance he'd grow up to be evil. But with Wyatt he's determined to save him. He's clearly got killing him as a last resort, but it IS a last resort for him. His actual aim is to save him. Even after he just watched his future counterpart kill his fiance...

Also, about him not wanting to change the future too much. Yes, he wants to change this one thing. A pretty big thing, even. But there are so many risks with time travel. Telling them the truth could mean they go on a vanquish they weren't supposed to, and get killed earlier than they're supposed to. They could accidentally cause the death of someone who ends up saving loads of people from Wyatt in the future, but because they killed this person, that no longer happens. It's so dangerous.
