So let's enumerate the 9 titan powers. They said 7 was controlled by Marley, then 2 remained with the Eldians. On the Marley's side, we have: 1. Beast (Zeke) 2. Armored (Reiner) 3. Colossal (Berthold) 4. Female (Annie) 5. Ymir's titan (formerly held by Marcel) 6. "Quadrupedal Titan" as described by Erwin (the titan with the bagpack) 7. The one that still hasn't been introduced at this point in the story Eldian's side: We knew King Fritz who built the Paradis walls had the Founding titan with him so that's one. The other one and the last from the 9 is the titan wielded by the "OWL". I wouldn't include the titan power held by the owl as controlled by Marley since they didn't even know he's got one of the 9 titan powers in the first place. He was a spy operating right under their noses and hadn't Zeke betrayed his parents, they wouldn't even know about his existence. So far in the story, we only left with one that wasn't introduced yet to us and a few that didn't have a name but I'm soo excited to have you analyse this episode while we're getting a full picture of the history outside the walls. They really built it up so much and made us believe that the outside people had gone extinct and to come here with the full history and how much more complicated it is than just dealing with actual monsters is always mind blowing to me. The propaganda, the brainwashing, the oppression . If you're a kid like Reiner, Annie and Berthold and you grew up in this kind of world, how would you even deal with it. I watched this show a million times and somehow I'm still not over how beautiful and tragic it is. Anyway, great reaction as always Sofie!! Excited for the final 2 eps for this season before we start with Season 4 Finally!!! Love your reactions <3

No offense i am obviously a sub here so i dont hate you or something like that but you should switch the language. You very obviously cant follow the story without replaying literally EVERY scene. God damn its annoying as hell.... in the beginnig when i started watching you i thought damn she replays scenes to get all the important infos in and is very smart, but now you are replaying the most basic conversations its so hard to watch. either its because you cant read the subtitles fast enough in that case i would suggest to stop trying to be mainstream and use the language you speak or the other possiblity is you are reading fast enough but sorry for saying you are way over your head with the most basic conversations. dont really care what it is its just annoying. Like i said no hate just my thought on your reaction thats what the comment section is used for.

honestly no reaction to these episodes have ever come close to this, but it was nothing less than i expected. picking up on so much of the subtext most miss as usual - don't listen to the moaner about rewinding and never apologise, its exactly because you soak up every line and start theorizing instead of just watching and not picking up on 80% of the lore and subtle clues in dialogue, and is exactly why you're always a joy to watch. love you sofie! hope dark makes it to a poll soon, its very very up your street for the same reasons.

You can always just watch the edited YouTube reactions if the rewinding isn't your thing. I don't think it was fair to say she can't follow the story without replaying scenes, that came across as unnecessarily disrespectful. If you've watched enough of her reactions, you'll notice that she often predicts where the story is going before the anime even explains it, and more often than not, she gets it right. That alone shows she's following the plot just fine. Personally, I think the constant rewinding comes from genuine appreciation rather than confusion. AOT is packed with subtle details, foreshadowing, and incredible reveals. Sometimes she rewinds because she wants to take it all in or connect the dots, not because she missed what happened. Honestly, weren't many of us the same when we first experienced this series? Maybe we didn't literally replay scenes as often, but I know I paused, rewatched moments, looked back at earlier episodes, or just sat there processing what I'd seen. That's part of what makes this show so special. Her reactions may be a little more frequent than ours, but I think that's simply because she shares that same appreciation for how brilliantly the story is written. I'm not saying you have to enjoy that style of reacting, everyone has their own preferences. I'm not trying to hate on you either. I just don't think it's necessary to criticize someone else's way of enjoying the show, especially when it's clearly coming from a place of excitement and admiration rather than a lack of understanding. At the end of the day, she's not just making content for us to consume. She's also a fan experiencing the story for herself. Part of the fun of reaction videos is watching someone genuinely engage with the material in their own way. If that style isn't for you, that's completely okay, but there's no need to put her down for it. Let's just let people enjoy the series the way they enjoy it.

'reactor isn't reacting to the show in the way i want' like literally the reason i find sofie one of the best reactors is because she does exactly what you're getting annoyed about subs or not, so i guess its a matter of taste. I get bugged far far far more when reactors don't pause or rewind and talk over dialogue and not absorb important information.

I didn't insult her, and I didn't treat her unfairly; I just stated that out of all the reactors who reacted to AoT (and I’ve watched nearly all of them because I love this show and love watching reactions to it), she is the only one who rewinds every scene. Not just one or two, but the whole goddamn episode, including normal conversations in the most unnecessary sections. When Grisha ran off with his sister, they didn't say anything important or hard to understand, and yet she rewound it again. It’s annoying, and I said so. If you guys think it’s fine to tell her how good her reaction is, then I have the right to tell her that this reaction was bad. What’s strange to me is that I wrote a comment, and I already knew some strange people on the internet would see it and immediately come to the rescue. Guys, I told her my opinion. Grow up and learn that criticism is always good, and that 'fancult' behavior, on the other hand, is weird."

Haha, my little friend, you think you’re smart, but context is always important when you say certain things. Me criticizing a reactor who has comments enabled makes sense and is encouraged by the creator themself! But you criticizing my criticism? I know in your head the 'Uno reverse' made sense and you thought, 'Damn, now I got him,' but it doesn’t even make any sense at all. :D 'You’re clearly in the minority with the rewinding being annoying'—so? I never said I was in the majority; I just said it’s annoying. That’s the whole reason why it makes no sense that you felt the urge to criticize my criticism of her. Comments like yours happen when people try too hard to protect their online heroes. There was absolutely NO reason for anyone to react to a comment that i gave HER. And I never said you weren't allowed to give your criticisms either. Obviously that's fine. Everyone has the right to their own opinion. My issue was never with your criticism, it was with the way you delivered it. There's a clear difference between expressing a preference and being disrespectful. Saying the constant rewinding isn't your cup of tea is a perfectly fair opinion. But following that with she can't probably follow the story without replaying every scene is something else entirely. That's not constructive criticism, it's an unnecessary jab at someone who's simply enjoying the show in her own way. What made it worse was how you responded when people disagreed with you. Instead of having a discussion, you resorted to insulting everyone who called you out. You referred to us as "sad people," "strange people," accused us of having a "fan cult" mentality, and said we were desperately defending our "online hero." You weren't just criticizing the creator anymore, you were disrespecting everyone who held a different opinion from yours. And yet you're acting as though your criticism was perfectly reasonable. It could have been if it had been expressed respectfully. If you had simply said that the rewinding interrupts the flow or makes the reaction less enjoyable for you, I doubt anyone would've taken issue with it. That's a valid preference, and you're entitled to it. But once you started making assumptions about her intelligence, her ability to follow the story, and then mocked the people who disagreed with you, you shifted the conversation away from constructive criticism and into personal attacks. So no, the problem isn't that you criticized her. The problem is that you chose to do it in a way that came across as dismissive and disrespectful, then doubled down by insulting everyone who disagreed with you. You're free to dislike her reaction style, I said that on my first comment. Just don't confuse being rude with being honest. Those aren't the same thing.

actually her pausing and thinking about everything being said is what made me subscribe. most reactors miss a lot of the story because they don't pay much attention to every detail especially AOT. most of her points and commentaries about the show i never got until my second or third watch.

Perhaps you should switch to some othe reactor or just watch the show on Crunchyroll if you wanna watch it, not the reaction. Also this episode in particular is notorious/glorious for the amount of info its dumping, nobody got through it all with one go. I personally really appreciate the thoroughness of Sofie, reading everything properly and as many times as necessary leads to insights I’m here for. It’s so so so much better and more interesting to watch than some other reactors who blast through it without picking anything up and ending up missing like half the show, those are infuriating and boring to watch imo. Keep it up Sofie! Also dub would just be instant turn off. If you’re not hearing the original performances you might just as well ask AI to summarize the show for you and be done with it. EDIT: Read your other comment, wow. It’s one thing to post your opinion, but whole different to get that upset because nobody agrees with you. So now you have to make up arbitrary rules like ”I’m allowed to criticize the reactor but everyone who criticizes me is automatically wrong” just to try to desperately stay afloat? And you’re blaming everyone else but you being immature too? Wow. Some self-awareness would really help here. Just saying.
