I feel like Regina knows that her mother is the real person to blame. But for her it's easier to blame Snow White. She's mad with Snow White because she can't be mad with her mom, because even after what she did Regina still loves her and looks for her aprooval. So she takes her anger out on Snow's White.

so the thing about this episode that's not immediately apparent bc they had lana play young!regina is that regina is like, 18 years old here. she's DEFINITELY not old enough to be snow's mom, and the king is at least regina's parents' age, if not older. and regina was stuck being married to him and being snow's stepmom after that for years, with all the (horrifying) things that entails. so while avenging daniel's death has become The Focal Point of her vengeance and fixaton, i think there are more layers to her grudge against snow + reasons why she would hold onto it for so long

Suzanne Hunt

Bailee Madison does a wonderful job of playing young Snow and she looks like the spitting image of a young Ginnifer Goodwin ( Snow White). The actress has quite a range of emotions!

Idk, while I see where you're coming from, I have a really hard time seeing Leopold doing that. For example, I genuinely think he would have thanked the genie and asked him to make her happy, if he had come clean instead of killing him.
