I'm a YouTuber with almost 10,000 subscribers and I think YouTube is the best platform for bringing back Time Team because as Tim has said there are less restraints from doing such a thing as this. The future is YouTube

Amanda

So excited to see this happening! Excited about the content yet to come.

Michael Louk

This is exactly what I have been hoping for for years and years. Such good medicine. It feels good to be excited about something and to have such things to look forward to every month. A deep and proper thank you!!!!!

Chuck Letourneau

So glad to be contributing - even in a small way - to the future of Time Team. Cheers from Canada.

Christopher

I have lost count of the numbers of times I have watched Season's 1-20 on YouTube. I hadn't had much interest in archeology until Phil, Mick and the rest of the crew drew me in. Every show was an adventure.

Teyanna Anderson

I've watched every episode at least once. So glad to hear that there maybe more to come, soon.

Allegra Carlton

Utterly thrilled to have found this and to have been able to join! I passionately adore Time Team and have missed it enormously. And now I'm retired I want to learn to be an archaeologist!

Patsyconn

So excited to have you back!!! You have been missed. I hope you will include Sir Tony.

Goijaart van Dijk

Hi from the Netherlands! I hope my tiny financial contribution will help to get the team digging again. Looking forward to new content.

Lyn Howe

I am excited about joining. I have watched Time Team from the beginning. I love it .

Keichi

Instantly became a Patreon when i heard it! I hope you will produce something like in the Pre-Season 20 era again, because srsly..That Season was just crap. To much bla bla and experimentel Archaeology and not enough screentime for the stuff that is actually happening on the site.

Sarah Corrigan

Hi everyone.... Great to be a little part of whats happening 🤗

Kathryn Walters

Signed up straight away. How could I not! 😁 I can't wait to get involved.

Matthew Kirsch

Hi everyone from member 250! Massive TT fan here. So excited to be a part, albeit a tiny part, of the future of The Time Team. Fingers crossed Sir Tony will be involved, we all know Carenza is in. Stuart? Still walking around earthworking? John G maybe? Francis is still going, always plugging a book, lol. Raksha will be in, but where's Matty Williams? Hopefully all will be revealed very soon!

Doug Mackey

All aboard the Time Team train!

JUDITH COOKE

Thank you so much Tim for pulling off the miracle of the year. Looking forward to being a member of the Team.

Bennyo Oliver

It was a no-brainer. Had to sign up. Thankful to be a part of it.

Pat Sinatra

I’ve binge-watched nearly every episode available. I began to wonder what will fill the void when I’ve watched all I could. Go back and watch again? I’ve learned so much...glad to be on board to keep this brilliant show alive!

Heather Page

Time Team was a massive part of my childhood, for there to be a way for it return is massively exciting! I can't wait to see what new sites you go to and the fascinating history you uncover 👍

Michael Fulk

Yes! Time Team is absolutely my happy place, I am so glad there can be more.

Marie Gilbert

Happy to have joined from Canada!

Carl Johnson

I've learned so much about a subject I didn't know much about. Made my trip to Canada last year so much more enjoyable because I understood stratification. I so wish I was aware of this show when I as able to travel to the UK for my first trip 7 years ago. I would have asked so many different question when I visited Stonehenge, Edinburgh and Skara Brae.

Kai Thurfors

I have seen Time Team programs for a long time. Mick and the others make the archeology very entertaining even if it isn't in my country (Sweden). Am rewatching a lot of the old programs on YouTube and l'm delighted to learn of new program being planned. Wonderful!

DL Baskin

I am a huge fan of time team, having discovered it through YouTube. Absolutely thrilled to be able to support you through patreon and to subscribe to your dedicated YouTube channel. Sending you all a big hello from Canada's far North.

Howard Dalton

Quite literally the happiest I have been in all of 2020 because of this news.

Jakub Jůzl

I'm a fan of Time Team And I always found myself wishing there was a program likes it in my country (Czechia). I'm glad to be able to support the project!

Katy Dunn

I'm delighted to be able to support Time Team, and new archeological work in this way More power to your elbow!

Stephen Nicklin

Time Team my favourite program on TV never thought anyone could have me so interested in finding a "piddeling piece of pot" feels great to be able to offer my support to the project

J Collier

Greetings from Texas! Found Time Team via Youtube a few years back and was disappointed to find out it wasn't on any more. SOOO excited to find out about this campaign! I've joined at the highest level and look forward to anything and everything y'all do!!!

Gregory Harmon

I am so happy that there is a way to bring back one of the best shows in television history!...Cheers! from Texas.

Diane E. Englot

From New York...I also found Time Team fairly recently & immediately fell in love. Have watched all the episodes I could find & lamented its end. But now...I’m leaking happy tears at the return of our beloved Time Team & being able to be a part of it as a member!

Marcus Hill

Thank you Tim and all the rest of the Time Team crew for giving me a chance to help Time Team in their new endeavors. I am waving hands in your direction from Texas. Keep up the good work.

Sabrina Shaw

My 8 year old has been completely inspired by Time Team during the lockdown. Upon seeing this video on YouTube she declared supporting Time Team was now the only thing she wanted for Christmas. Thank you for inspiring the next generation!

Kaz

Thanks Tim, I'm so pleased to have the opportunity to help Time Team in a small way! The programme really fueled my interest in history during my late teens, and I was even able to help on a local dig as a result. Keep up the good work!

Willa Jamieson

I'm delighted to have the opportunity to support!

Andy Cockerill

This is a wonderful idea,i`ve missed all things Time Team, happy to be a supporter.

Kay Theriault

Happy to be here! I discovered you by accident on YouTube. I didn't know until recently, googling for more about Time Team that Mick Aston had passed several years ago. I think my favourite person, though, is Phil Harding. His enthusiasm is infectious, and I hope he might make a return! I've been enjoying several different YouTube channels of Time Team's episodes as I work from home in Arizona, USA. The team helps make my day go by faster, and I enjoy learning more about history and archaeology along the way!

Post Apocalyptic In Missouri

It is great to see this returning. I came to know the show from YouTube much like the others chiming in. Thanks for putting this together.

Laura Soto-Barra

I'm so looking forward to this revival!! Thank you!! We are in Silver Spring, Maryland,. We started to watch TT only two years ago, and we have watched as many episodes as we can find. Mick Aston was our favorite and it was very sad to know he had passed; we read as much as we could about him. Such an interesting person! Of course, Phil is unique and I'm sorry he's not back but I understand. The women of TT are exceptional and I hope to see them back. The show motivated us to learn more about your country's history; right now I'm reading Roy Strong's History of Britain. Reading it I remember your archivist telling us the stories of King Alfred. Thank you for this new effort!

Carole Brooks

I am so excited that Time Team is returning. Even though I live in the US, I thoroughly enjoy watching your show.

Gary Mortimer

This is an excellent thing! I grew up in Somerset not far from Dinnington and was thrilled to see it from where I now live in South Africa, whilst studying I drove a fruit and veg van on the Somerset levels in and around High and Low Ham, so that's where my Mick journey started https://youtu.be/vQItOpJBg60 Wherever I have been in the world I have found great comfort in TT episodes found on YT, my goto safe space.

David Boon

I have always been a big fan and my kids grew up watching and loving Time Team. Pleased to be involved as a Tasmanian Time Team fanatic.

Stuart Bonham

Good to be here. My Sundays have been missing Time Team for years, lets bring it back!

Paul Smyth

Using Vimeo for your videos is a major issue for me. When you use YouTube I can easily start watching then add it to me watch later and watch it on TV. With Vimeo I can neither do that or even Chromecast the content. This is going to be a huge issue for me. I want to watch on TV, not my phone

Carole Cox

Really happy to be part of this.

Larissa Spiker

Can't wait to see what happens with this.

Peter Ashmore

glad to support this and would love one day to come over and volunteer for a dig. I am a 55 year old Archaeology/History student at University of New England in Australia and a unabashed anglophile

Julia Saunders

Hi Peter, I am also 55 and studying at UNE archaeology/ history lol small world.

Henning Paulsen

I have wached evry episode of Time Team and loved it sinse it first appeared on Discovery channel back in the late 90`s. Thanks to Time Team I know more about british archeology and history, (sinse it gave me a thirst for history in general), then i do about my own contry (Norway).

Steve Atkins

Just checked the numbers... Thats the 1000 before Feb you wanted Tim... Can't wait to see what that brings in the new year.

Christopher Samuel

Archaeology and astronomy were my two passions as a child (former Young Rescue member reporting in!) and I was only dissuaded from trying to follow the former by a careers advisor who told me I had to be good at languages (I am hopeless). Two days after starting my first proper job in IT (post astronomy degree) Time Team was on Channel 4 and I was hooked. It was a constant companion through my early adulthood and has always meant so much to me. So I'm really happy to be in a position to contribute something back as part of a debt of gratitude, thank you Tim. Even though I'm now a long way from home (USA by way of Australia) being able to watch Time Team on Amazon Prime during this pandemic has been so wonderful!

Elizabeth Perry

I first came across Time Team last year or maybe it was earlier this year via Amazon video. I was/am hooked. Absolutely love the show. I look forward to the new content.

jilly Davies

I was told that exact same thing Christopher, my whole life went in a different direction because of it, and I've always been pissed off with that person.

JIm ford

Time Team member back in the day good to see the team back again exciting

Ellen Woodrow

Thank you SO much for bringing Time Team back! I absolutely love the show and have watched for years!

Melissa Rybb

I'm with Paul Smyth re Vimeo. Youtube please

Julia Nordstrom

I discovered Time Team a few months ago on YouTube. I was so disappointed to find it was no longer in production. I was thrilled to see that it is making a come back. By the time I finish the classic episodes, there will be new ones! Hooray!

Bron Lloyd

I did post grad history at UNE back in the day - great uni! I’m also an anglophile. Love and miss Time Team so much - really excited about this.
