the polish dude

I still cannot get day 2 or 3 here in massachusetts.

Julie Ball

Drone footage will really open things up. Imagine that back in the day!

Ann Wagner

Wow, a beautiful day! How many trenches are in?

Elise Norwood

Lovely footage! Is that an unhappy group of cattle wanting to get back into their pasture?

AATV

What an interesting field boundary around that high point. Learned a lot from Mick and Stewart

Robert Knudson

I count about 20 cows queued up at the gate ready to help do some geophys!

Ari Wick

Just what John G. needs! Hahaha! <3

Robert Wise

Has this field been previously dug?

Diane S Ratliff

So beautiful ❤️. Thanks for posting.

Freda Bradley

What superb footage of gorgeous countryside. It really puts the site into perspective, doesn't it?

Bob and Pam

Great video, beautiful countryside.

Dur-Dan

I love the drone footage, this gives a lot of context to the other videos, you can really get a feel for the look of the site :)

Dorothy Frank

Glad to see that the rain stopped. There really are some interesting boundaries. One (?) Straight line and the rest rounded with some very interesting pointed corners. Is that all from working on sloped hillsides, or are there other reasons? Bet Stewart has a theory.

Dorothy Frank

Farming, I meant to say, farming the slopes

Rita Baker

Good to see @AerialCam , Adam is hard at work with this footage. If you see him, pass on my greetings (Rita from NZ.. he knows:-)) please!

Ari Wick

After watching the video featuring the site, beholding the sheer beauty of the area and the incredible work being conducted right now, I was helpless to succumb to a major case of FOMO. Wishing and dreaming I was there on-site with you all, volunteering whatever capacity, it prompted me put in earbuds, queue up some old Time Team favorite reruns again, grab my trowel and continue plugging away on the test unit in our backyard. @AllTimeTeamPersonnel - all of you -right now- are once again seeding inspiration, excitement, and wonder about archaeology and history around the world. For me, supporting Time-Team's return came without second thought. If I may speak on behalf of all of the Patreon members here, we send our love and support, and are so so so proud that you are back, and what you're accomplishing.

Doug Mackey

Loving the bonus content!

Kathryn

How beautiful!!

JUDITH COOKE

What a privilege to be able to fly over this glorious landscape as history is being made - and uncovered.

Shirlene Reid

Beautiful view. Loving these behind the scenes videos.

Chris Siegmann

Thanks for that. Can you do an overfly of the actual site showing the trenches and so we can see how the site is laid out?

Kieran Gane

Even the cows are entranced!

Cheryl Kurucz

Are you using a drone? What beautiful views! ❤️🤗

Cheryl Kurucz

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 That’s some ladder!

Born Idle

Love this new perspective from the drone!

Kathryn Phelps

Lovely shots, thanks. Made me laugh seeing the cows all gathered at the gate wondering what's going on. Cows are so inquisitive, I remember from my dairy days.

Lynn Macintyre

Wonderful, thanks so much, love the patchwork of fields and hedges, never see that over here (Canada). Makes me think of the first dig I was on, on a hill adjacent to Cadbury Castle in Somerset, a chance of a lifetime for me!
