Who do we have here? It looks like our director, Emily Boulting, and presenter, Gus Casely-Hayford OBE, recording voiceovers in the post-production studio.

This can only mean one thing... we're drawing closer to the release of Time Team's new episodes!

We'll be announcing the release schedule very soon, alongside a range of exciting extras to celebrate Time Team's return, so please watch this space.

Directors cut (or is it Producers cut in TV) - Just a thought but would it be possible to put a 'directors cut' up for us? a version that can run for as long as needed and does not need to fit limited runtime ?

Cheryl Kurucz

Everything in life is 'Hurry up, then wait". Except for archaeology... that is 'Wait 2000 years, then hurry up!"

Laura Randolph

Sometimes I want to post things here…. then I think no that would sound way to American I shan't do that

Wolfgang Zenker

I don't think there is a "to American" or "to British" or "to German" point of view here, the TT Patreons are a pretty international community. So please share your views here, I would like to read them.

Laura Randolph

Thanks, I was a bit PO'd at the time I posted that. I think the way in which I was angry, when looked at from an international viewpoint, was "american" in the way I was thinking...I think

Just wanted to say WOW! What a great comeback the First Dig was in the New 3 Day/ 3 Part Format. What a wonderful thing using the Same Music & Opening Titles, immediately brought a tear to my face. Although Mick,Robin and Victor are no longer with us and Tony & Phil are not now part of the New Era, Time Team 22 has lost none of its original charm, appeal and interest. Great to see Carenza an original member from the very first show and great to have the John & Stuart Banter back on screen along with Helen,Matt,Henry etc, etc. The New Members really fitted in well. What Channel 4 forgot in the last 20 or so episodes is that this is as much about the characters, the "Family" of Time Team as it is of the Archaeology, the editing of the New Episodes really understood this and Time Team seems to be immediately back to its Best. Long may this continue.
