Looking forward to it 😀

Is there a confirmation of a spot being saved on crowdcast? I get a "loading" message and a time/date ticker lead to the presentation.

Janie Waters

If you've done it correctly, you should be taken to the actual livestream page where there's a countdown clock. It took two tries from my end to get it right. I must still need more breakfast caffeine :)

Ann H

Thanks. Ah, caffeine, the brain food of thought, that's what was missing.

Elessa Wylde

Looking forward to Sunday! Saving a spot was quite simple. Click the link. Log in using Patreon info on the screen. Give permission to Crowdcast to confirm Patreon account. Click Save Spot. Takes only a minute to do.

Lacy Oden

Unfortunately I will be at work Sunday but I’ll watch the replay. Sad to miss it though! Everyone have fun!!

Kay Theriault

Looking forward to it! I'm very excited and just saved my spot, too. Noon in Arizona is perfect timing! :D

Deborah Heatwole

Suggestion: in future episodes, we would love to see Time Team revisit sites they have dug in the past that have since been further explored, and catch us up on the new findings. So many episodes gave us tantalizing glimpses of what might be revealed by further excavation.

Andy H

Wish I could, typically I'm working night shift this weekend

TimeTeamOfficial

Sorry to hear that. There will be an opportunity to catch up with the replay, so we hope you get a chance to enjoy it later on.

Always86

Enjoyed the first episode, so nice to have so many familiar faces back together. A bit of constructive criticism for the future, the sound quality seemed a bit variable, sometimes flat, overall inconsistent. It would be nice if our Kiwi friends could have a 4K camera, and decent mic, that way they could record their end and it can be edited in in higher quality. Finally a minor quibble but if we are going to have a 1 episode per day format and outro/ summation of the day plus build up for tomorrow from the presenters on location would be nice. A bit like Sir Tony would do

Talani Greywolf

I'm glad Crowdcast posted the time relative to where I live, so being there at noon is easy ;)

Sally Ramey

Thanks for doing this on a Sunday and not a work day!

Ann H

Sound was inconsistent throughout here for me in the U.S. northeast. I was constantly adjusting my mic.

Patricia Amero

I appreciate still having access to events for hours or days after they are over b/c I'm always late!!

Rick Hubbard

This will be like a double Time Team, I look forward to it and thanks for the opportunity

Ann H

I had trouble getting onto the Sunday episode. Odd. No idea why, just blocked and taken to Sat rerun. Got on 8 min in. No prior problem Fri or Sat. Looking forward to the "dome".

TimeTeamOfficial

Sorry to hear this. System looks like it's working ok at the moment. Lots of people watching. Please do try again. You should just be asked to log in to Patreon. Best to use google chrome and a good internet connection too

Maria Burns

Anyone else having issue with Chat loading on CrowdCast.. shame I cant join in with the other viewers or the discussion.

Trish Murphy

I’m using an iPad & although I saw the comments, I could Ed add any from my view help said there was access below but not on my view. Any ideas? I’d really love to join in on dig 2. Thanks

Kathryn

I cannot begin to express how wonderful this whole endeavor has been! I am so proud of all of us! With all of the dreck on social media and TV, we have all come together to create, support, and promote actual SCIENCE programming for the pubic! And available for FREE besides!! This is so completely worth every penny of my patreon support!! I got a little teary eyed at the end of tonight’s dome chat.

Mark

Someone asked about the OS map in the opening sequence. It seems to be Hillington, Norfolk. You can see "Area of Hill" in the title, and the outline of the fishing lake

Trish Murphy

A major thank you for everyone from Time Team that took the extra time to chat with us this evening. I can’t wait to watch it again because I’m sure I missed some things while trying to find a way to join in the live chat. (Unsuccessfully) This was an excellent supplement to the 3 episodes. Please continue whenever possible. Thanks again ✌️💚

Matthew Adams

Well, that was all magnificent! Notwithstanding that I can't get any of the chat features to work on my phone, but hey! There's nothing I like more than listening to a knowledgeable person getting excited about their interests; they're the best time team moments in the show, and now in the roundtable session. Even more so when it's about the evidence of communication of ideas (c.f. the discussion of the souterrains and the fogou of Atlantic communities); that for me is also the thing that comes across most strongly in the current Stonehenge exhibition at the British Museum. I feel we are perhaps getting closer to an understanding of just how far and how fast ideas travelled in prehistory.

Richard Moss

It was a great evening. Thanks so much. Tim and Team should be proud of what they have achieved.

Ben Matthews

Great to watch the live show! Request - Gator & Ainsworth discussing the many successes of GeoPhys over a pint 😁

Des Carter

We have always been big fans of Time Team and are so pleased to see the "next generation" arise. Kind regards, Co founders, Bere Regis History Society, Des Carter Patreon/digger & John Pitfield (our "boss")

Pat Szastkiw

Ideas mentioned that really resonated with me: Patreon access to worthy cutting room floor clips and bloopers; for Time Team’s 30th Anniversary, revisiting one of the Season One sites with all the latest gizmos, techniques and data; after-show research updates, e.g. what did the lipid and starch analysis of the pot fragments found in the Bronze Age roundhouse reveal?
