We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II (1926-2022). From all of us at Time Team, we would like to extend our deepest sympathies to The Queen's family and friends.

The sudden passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, has been a sombre occasion for many of us here in the US too. It was a shock to hear that Her Majesty had passed, but it was also somewhat bittersweet, in that she did so at Balmoral, where she wanted to be. Now she is with her beloved liege man, her husband Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh. I personally had a good cry over the loss of such an incredible Human Being and Woman. The loss of Her Majesty will be felt keenly by the majority of the planet. She will be missed by all.
