Horace Horsecollar (Patreon)

Happy Lunar New Year- a few days late. It's the year of the horse so I thought it would be fun to make a paper doll of Horace Horsecollar. My main inspiration for his appearance was from a never produced series called Maximum Horsepower where he would have been an action hero. He's definitely been hitting his gym in Toontown! lol
