Important US Shipping update (Patreon)

Hi Everybody!

I am writing you today to talk about a topic I hoped to dodge: US Shipping.As you all know US shipping is a huge problem right now and I was hoping by the time I send out the new batch this is settled. Well it is not. Not really.

But there is some movement - a few weeks ago it was basically not possible at all to send packages to the US from my business account. So the good news are: It is possible again! But to a much higher cost.

I was thinking so hard how to fix this problem. Sleepless nights I can tell you :)Right when this Patreon project really picked up, this thing comes around. And with round about half of you guys being based in the US I did not want to simply close the tokens down for US patrons. I want to make sure you all get them!So the current solution is that there are new US SHIPPING tiers. This one is more expensive unfortunately, since I cannot offer free shipping to the US any longer. The cost of the only option I have right now is around 5 times higher or more than it was before.So the new tiers have the regular price + 10 Euros for the shipping compensation.And to make sure the price is still kind of reasonable I will make shippings in three months drops from now on. The good thing is the new package has tracking so we now know exactly where the tokens are and it is less likely they are getting lost to the void.I know this is a lot and super annoying! So if this is too much for you guys, I completely understand. I hope I can change the system back to normal as fast as possible!Thanks a lot for understanding!What are the next steps?All the tokens up to the Oktober drop (Lander, Food, Spider, Samurai and Spirit) will be shipped as normal all together in around two weeks. No additional cost to anyone.

Non US patrons don't have to do anything.US based Patrons please do the following:From November on, all the tokens into the US can only be shipped to the patrons in one of the US SHIPPING tiers. I totally understand, thank you for your transparency. The situation over here is driving us crazy too, hopefully things can level out and become a bit more reasonable soon. Awesome work as always, looking forward to the new tokens :)

Not the kind of announcement anyone wants, but understandable nonetheless. Did the shipping really go up to 30€ (10€ per month x 3months)? Another thing I've wanted for 6+ months now is the ability to buy past tokens from before I joined Patreon. Do you anticipate that will be possible at all? For tokens moving forward or for past tokens?

Yeah I know it is super annoying! Yes it did unfortunately. The backage was around 6 Euros before and now it is 28Euros + around 4Euros for a custom paid program so you guys don't have to pay for customs. With all that I put it on hold to offer the previous tokens. But with this being figured out I will also have an update on this in a few days!

Thanks for the update! Is it okay to keep my tier as is just to support ya? It's okie if I can't get your tokens, you're my favorite mtg artist and I'm cool with just saying "thanks" with my wallet (US based)
