Well then you get 2 movies you wanted! That happened once before with me as well! I picked this because Charlize Theron is fantastic in this. One of the best acting performances of all time in my opinion!

I've never watched this movie because I knew so much of the true story and knew it would be a heavy watch! I love watching along to movies with you (as you are one of my favs!) and I'm so glad I finally saw it. You def need to watch some docs on the entire story. Honestly, in real life, Selby was quite different and was fucked up for what she did. Aileen, for her entire sad existence, is such an enigma. She is truly a serial killer and wanted them to hurry up and kill her too. Amazing movie. I can only imagine what Ryan Murphy will turn her story into...yikes!

Loved your reaction Nick. I had never seen the movie and I cried while watching it. I mean, how much can one woman take? She wasn't a perfect person, far from it, but holy shit, everyone wanted something from her (almost everyone). Why didn't Shelby try to get a job? "I thought you said hooking wasn't bad.. "Then you do it Shelby. She didn't love her... if she did, she wouldn't have manipulated her and encourage her to go back to it. And to answer your question: There may be some that do (for some reason, movies & tv shows love to show this), I personally don't go to bed with wet hair. I don't know any women in my life who do.

Great reaction Nick!! Yea Charlize and Christina were both great in this! And to answer your question, yes there is a making of feature of this movie. Patty Jenkins (director) and Charlize Theron went down to Florida before they started filming and went to different places that Aileen really spent time at. In fact that biker bar were she gets arrested is the real place where she got caught. If you noticed in that bar there were bricks inside that had writing all over them.. Aileen has something written on the walls there. And yes we were all on her side for the first kill BUT yea then she just was doing it to anyone and really trying to justify it. Im very interested to see Sarah Paulson portray her. I know she will probably be great too!!

Now I need to watch that feature because that would be fascinating. Now, I am not one of those who treat actual killers like serial killers like some do, but from a historical and backstory aspect, I am definitely curious!

Selby was definitely not innocent. Easily manipulated and one who goes along with whatever in an effort to "belong", but Miss Selby was no angel either!
