Sentience 260521 (Patreon)

On the 26th May 2021, the Wreckage Systems live stream briefly achieved sentience. Bypassing any 65LABS certified algorithms or frameworks, the system stacked layer upon layer of noise on to and into itself.

The result is this determined, relentless 56 minute slab of algo-hyper-noise. It is the sound of granite inexplicably blooming like flowers after a heavy rain. It is the sound of 2001: A Space Odyssey if the apes and the monolith swapped roles. It is the sound of a calculator laughing in the face of anybody who still really believes that technology is the thing that will save us. It is sonified entropy.

You'll either love it or hate it, so play it loud in case you only ever play it once. 

This release version has been massaged and mastered at 65LABS, but no additional production or composition was contributed by actual humans.
