Put it in your spoon pouch Ivo! 😀 Really fun episode. I think Ivo deserved to win the fake something task though :D Hope you feel better soon Josh.

Frankie was great in this episode, he's better than I remembered.

Saul

I loved Frankie hightailing it out of shot though. That tipped it for me.

Saul

Wow, I persuaded you really easily. I need to try that on people IRL. How are you doing healthwise Bella? Hope you're running on all cylinders.

Ha, well Frankie's was already a very close second so I'll allow shared first place ;) Not that great at the moment, I've relapsed and the steroids have made me diabetic :/ long term high doses can raise your blood sugar a lot. So now I'm on two types of new medication for diabetes as well, yay. It will get better as the steroids taper off though at least. The relapse can happen once the steroids are being reduced, some people find they're only effective at a high dose. They've put me back on a higher dose for twice as long as when I started treatment, which has been messing me up worse than before 😬 and the dose will be tapered off much more slowly this time (ending around late November) If I relapse again before then they're going to refer me to a different hospital nearby for the second choice treatment, which is a short course of chemotherapy drug infusions through an IV:/ they're very effective but very toxic and come with some dodgy side effects so fingers crossed it won't come to that. Just hoping all these steroids do their thing this time, especially after all the months they've been making me feel like crap. I'll be so pissed off if it's all been for nothing and I end up needing the infusions! 😅 I am fortunate that I have a great kidney specialist, I feel like I'm in good hands and kept well informed and listened to at every stage. I've read about other people in the same boat who've relapsed repeatedly over 2-3 years before they're finally referred for the infusions, so I'm glad my doctor is willing to get me on it ASAP if need be. He also said if my steroid side effects become unbearable and I decide I want the infusions instead, I've only got to contact him and he'll arrange it for me so that's good. Anyway I'll shut up lol. Thanks for asking. How are you doing? Better than me I hope!

I love how Mae turns into Mickey Mouse in that task...

Thanks. No, the diabetes should improve as my dose lowers and go away completely when I'm finally off the steroids. Thankfully. Sorry to hear about your friend diagnosed with arthritis, my mum was diagnosed in her 40s and it's left her using crutches or a wheelchair. It's a horrible illness. Thanks for the offer, I'll make a note of your email address :)

Saul

You're welcome. Keep your chin up.
