Mikey C

Can i request “The Business” & “scum” to a future poll please

DS292

You've got Fear and Loathing in there twice, Josh

Ben Dunning

Not seen Rat Race for ages!! Love it haha

Sam

No League of Gentlemen movie and live show? :(

Rob Bisby

Can I request 'kes' and 'keeping mum' please

Michael Harrop

We need The League of Gentlemen live shows in here Josh!!

Michael Harrop

Hope we get In the Loop and it leads to The Thick of It finally winning a poll🙏

Ste_UTB

Rat Race, great shout!

Ferris Booyaa

I really want naked gun to win this round.

Saul

I'd like to suggest Sleeper. It's a sci-fi comedy, so technically it should be right up this channel's alley. It's also probably the only Woody Allen film that eschews jokes about dating neurotic young women in New York and instead focuses more on scenes where futuristic food comes to life and grows in size, and the protagonist has to beat it back with a broom. A lot of it is pure slapstick. I think I laughed more at Sleeper than at any single film I've ever watched.

>>77009838

I recommend "scum"and "made in Britain" a while ago I'm not sure they were put on the poll though

Mikey C
>>77023204

don’t worry saul, i won’t have a pop at you for your shite suggestion . that wouldn’t be fair✊🏻

Saul
>>77010154

Is it gandolfini's final film role? The guy was a colossus

TC Elba

how many bottom films are there?

Jake Lol

could i please suggest green street for the next poll :)

Danny
>>77038404

5 live shows. Weapons Grade Y Fronts is the final one. Then there is Guest House Paradiso (which he has done), thats considered a very loose spin off

Danny

Hell yeah Naked Gun 3 finally! Trading Places will be great. Id have liked Big Trouble in Little China, but don't see it happening as great as it is

BigChanChan

Trading Places is one of my all time favourites!... Some amazing performances in it and a real feel-good movie. .. And without any spoilers, there's some lovely eye-candy in it as an added bonus 😍

Ben

This month is looking much better than a lot of the recent months, really hope Naked Gun and Rat Race get through. Not sure what the general opinion of Rat Race is but it would be great for a reaction, really hope it doesn't fall down the list too much. Is this the last Bottom live show? nothing against them but it's a bit frustrating that they've consistently been taking up one week of four for the past few months.

Ben

Just had an idea, I'm not confident it would get the votes but I'd like to recommend 'Frank', an Irish, independent black comedy from 2014. It might be a bit different to some of the stuff you've seen before so it would be worth checking out!

jack
>>77060129

I agree with you on the Bottom live shows, i think it should have been put on the TV series poll and watched over 5 weeks

Danny

Id actually rather like to see Elephant Man. Probably not got a lot of rewatch value but good educational piece that you definitely would never forget some of the stuff from. Maybe next month

Sam Reeves

League of Gentleman movie and live shows please Josh!

Saul
>>77067926

It's a beautiful film. Karl's got very good taste in movies, apart from Mission Impossible 2 which is a bit shit.

Relyx

league of gentleman movie please! also team america unless you've excluded it before because you've seen it :)

King Bloo

Seeing as your now familiar with Reece Shearsmith of League Of Gentlemen fame you can do a lot worse than checking out The Cottage at some point which starred him and Andy Serkis. Would love to explain why its so great but really is one of those movies that your best going into blind and not knowing what to expect. Hilarious little talked about movie!

Declan Cahill

A movie staring Liam Neeson and Julia Roberts Called "Michael Collins". It's a true story and an important part of Irish history.

Searlas D

Can I recommend 'Interview With The Vampire' (1994) and 'The Breakfast Club' (1985) for the next polls?

Ferris Booyaa

A recommend “saving grace” for the next film poll. It’s hilarious.

Manly Stump
>>77231727

The Breakfast Club (while one of my top 3 favourite films of all time) is in Josh's list of films he's already seen, so it won't make it to a poll unfortunately.

Toby Mann

The Pink Panther is a funny one. Although it features Clouseau (played by the awesome Peter Sellers), he feels more like a side note through a lot of it. The three sequels that follow, not so much the final two are way better.

Toby Mann
>>77267382

Saying that, there are still some classic scenes. Including the most unique comedic car chase in cinema history.

Toby Mann
>>77267382

It has my vote in the hope of seeing A Shot In The Dark, Return Of... and ...Strikes Again in future polls.

Toby Mann
>>77267382

Speaking of Peter Sellers. I think we need Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb in the polls.

Kate

Oh nooo missed the poll... As an 80's kid growing up with such great films!!.. Trading Places is one of my fave films... watched it 100s of times, probably still have it on one of my old VHS haha

Darkspyder

Could me myself and irene be added to a poll? I don’t know if we post here. Thanks
