What's the protocol for requesting a show be added to the poll? Could Life On Mars (16 episodes) be added to the next short show poll?

Dean Nolan

The magic eye was not greg, it was some wierd looking duck thing,

One thing I love about Taskmaster, and it happens pretty much every season, is that none of these comedians were ones I was a huge fan of before watching, the format of this show really helps get across both their comedy style and their true selves. I was most surprised by Frank Skinner, never found him particularly funny but he's hilarious in this. My favourite has to be Tim Key though, he's just great, I really hope you get around to watching 'Mid Morning Matters with Alan Partridge' so we can have more Tim Key on the channel.

Hows your overall opinion of the show so far Josh? I hope your willing to continue the next series as I think Greg's role as taskmaster really intensifies and he becomes alot meaner with his put downs as well as his demeanor to Alex. One of my favourite shows.

Ian Richards

First appearance of Fred the Swede! He becomes a recurring fixture of tasks in these early series, and is always a good sport. Apparently he left the UK and moved back to Sweden in 2017, so he disappears around Series 5, but there are some great Taskmaster moments involving him to look forward to.

instantly i thought blank cheque ? can fool everyone wit it by opening a new bank account that only has £1 in it

Michael Harrop

I dunno if you'd consider putting series 2 and 3 together next time Taskmaster wins as they're only 5 episodes each

Paul Finn

i love your t shirt i didn't know there was one out

The cast got on really well, after the show Tim, Josh, Frank and Alex went for a day trip to Cologne together with the prize that Tim brought in.

That is awesome man, I do agree. This show makes it easy to get to know the comedians sense of humor before committing to a new show or a stand up.

I agree entirely, except for recent seasons where I didn't even have a clue who the guest's were lol but Liza Tarbuck is a perfect example... For some reason I never really liked her and but ended up finding her hilarious and also a very likeable character on this show... It can also work the opposite way because there's a few celebrities who I thought would be hilarious but were disappointing in this show compared to previous work I'd seen them in... I think Taskmaster really showcases naturally witty people.

During the credits Frank writes £19,000 on the cheque, much to Josh's dismay!

pretty sure he actually cashed it too, before then transferring the money back to josh

Always loved Frank Skinner. Mostly because I grew up half a mile from his childhood home, which my high school was on the same street as, and I went to the college where he taught English before he went into stand up. Him and Julie Walters are local heroes basically.
