I'll keep this short and sweet: Hell on Earth has ended, for now. Thank you to everyone who listened and who helped Matt and myself put it together. It's been a phenomenal experience for us and we think most of you have enjoyed it as well.

Many, MANY people asked if the soundtrack will be available. Well, today I'm happy to announce it is! Hell on Earth: The Original Podcast Soundtrack is now available on our first ever Bandcamp offering, grab it here:

https://chapotraphouse.bandcamp.com/album/hell-on-earth-original-podcast-soundtrack

For the low price of $5, you can grab 30 tracks featured in the series. Many of our artists have offered their songs under a creative commons attribution license, meaning these tracks are available for use in your own audio projects with attribution to the creators. Check notes to see which tunes are exempt. All proceeds from sales will be distributed back to the contributing artists.

MERCH:

We've also got some exclusive pieces of Hell on Earth merch available over at the Chapo store:

https://represent.com/store/chapo-trap-house

We will be running pre-sale on all these items through May 24th at 11:59pm PT. Put your order in then, by then and once the sale ends, we'll put them into productions (which also means these will probably ship like mid-June).

We've got these hot new Hell on Earth designs plus, what's this, THE ZAPATA OIL HAT is back in stock! You've got one month to get orders in on that sucker before it goes back into the Chapo vault for another six months.

Thanks again all who listened, we really appreciate your enthusiasm coming with us on this story. Today is the last Hell on Earth episode, but MOVIE MINDSET with WILL & HESSE premieres tomorrow, 4/27, launching with a double feature on the films of Denzel Washington and Tony Scott: Man on Fire (2004) & Deja Vu (2006). So grab your popcorn and we'll see you at the movies!

Guess the arquebus goes back into the shed for now..

I thought you guys did an amazing job! Seminal work imo and adapted really well to the format. I’ll be relistening for years to come for sure

Alex K

Awesome job on this series, had me stuck on wikipedia for hours reading about 16th century German princes

kLindberg

Please do another one! Perhaps 1848 revolutions?

Christian Johnson

I liked it, are you going to post that wrap up Twitch stream here or on the YouTube channel? That would be great if you could, thanks.

John Kurecki

Can't wait for more stuff like this in the future, from top to bottom this was an amazing project

Christian Johnson

I think they're going to do one on the Spanish Civil War next

Christian Johnson

Forgive me, I just saw that you posted that here already, thanks

Christian Johnson

Yeah that one could be good, on the Cushbomb Twitter he posted that he was reading a book on that subject

Eric Brown

Hey guys, who did the illustrations for these shirts?

Nolan

I have a feeling hell on earth maxed out this audience’s attention span

Mike Loudin

Matt Christman American Civil War podcast series when???

Drew

Such an incredible series. Really proud of y'all for pulling this off and hope y'all keep it up!

Jon

I second a follow-up series. In the vein of revolutionary events and their overlap with the emergence of capitalism the 1848 revolutions is a great idea

Tom

This is my favorite thing Chapo has ever done. Fascinating, hilarious, insightful, and the music absolutely slaps too. Between this and Hell of Presidents, Chris, you and Matt seem to have found a calling. I will listen to anything like it the two of you do in future, and keep shelling out my $5/month to pay for it. Congratulations, fellas. Ya done good.

True Horror Productions

This was a mobilization on all fronts, yall hit em live from jump, then promo tour on all kinds of shows (even my sillyass twitter space lol), did a wholeass mini series w/soundtrack and tasteful radio play style sound effects, supplemental materials including like seven additional audio recordings, maps etc... THEN hit em live AGAIN for a wrap up. Oh yeah, and all the other shows kept rolling on time without a miss. Fuck man, this is listener supported podcasting on fucking adrenochrome, all hail the hardest motherfuckers in the biz!

Phil F

Thank you for your incredible work on the series. Looking forward to the next.

Glad to see the Zapata hat has been upgraded from a velcro strap to a snapback, but when will we get it in the Mercedes of hat types, the strap back? (it's also cool that it's in black now)

2026-09-09 10:00 Still, I think that we all need the continuation of the series ... It will be a good idea. So you should think about it...

Gubriel

they announced all the plans for continuations on the wrap-up stream!

bator

the best!!

John Doe

The curse is lifted; all my earworms slain! SING HALLELUJAH!

Iris Allen

I'm really surprised that I didn't hear any mention of the Neal Stephenson Baroque Cycle. Really think that's up Matt's alley! Great show, thanks for all the hard work!

Kiva

Each day maxes out my attn span.

Elizabeth Jennings

Can someone explain the Air America hat to my friend? (I’m the friend.)

VitAnyaNaked

It's been a really great experience for you and I hope you don't stop there and keep creating the same amazing content in the future.

Jessica S

Enjoyed the series so much, looking forward to Matt talking about the seven years war later on.

Jessica S

Lol. I’m always that friend. I think (and I’m sure someone will correct me) Air America refers to the airline associated with the CIA? Drug running and such. I don’t know if there’s more to the story of the merch. I’m also that friend, there.

Rorie

That'd be really interesting. Matt was on Radio War Nerd a year or so ago talking about the veterans of the 1848 revolutions who fought in the American Civil War.

Lono's Oboe

Hell on Earth was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Probably my favourite mini you guys have made. Great mix of info, context and humour. Just top to bottom quality.

DC

Looking forward to your series on the 80 and 100 years wars.

I have a request for a long sleeve shirt with prints on the sleeves (e.g. just a repeating logo from shoulder to sleeve) like the Black Metal shirts I love to wear. It would be metal as hell. How about John Dee's monad

heycorvidae

The series started just as I was finishing Patrick Wyman's book, so it was a perfect follow up. I looked forward every Wednesday for a new ep to drop, thank you.

Alex

Loved every bit of it. Thank you all for the hard work

Jennifer Reft

LOVED LOVED this show, gonna buy some merch and can't wait until the fall!

Luke

Is there really a red skeleton shirt? The picture shows the coat of arms design. Great show

My 2yo and her friend each had a ball and my daughter said “Rampjaar!” and snatched her friend’s ball from her

Andrew

Anybody know if they'll re-up on this merch?

Blorst of times

Humbly requesting another run of the Hell on Earth merch
