https://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/wall-gas-boiler-baxi-eco-4s-1462406 this one look good, can you contact owner and ask about the textures? if it uses more than one texture set it will be a bitch to texturize for me, and I rather dont have to do that, those things take time.

the only problem we could face, with this conversion is that it doesnt say how many textures it has, some times they have many, but for the sims it uses only one. that means textures wont work and I will have to make the textures myself, then I will have to charge you a bit more.

hey dear, I was thinking about the water heater, I really hate making machinery XD I rarely make any, BUT.. I found this mesh, https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/household/other/home-boiler I think looks great, if you like it you can buy it and I convert it. I would charge 20 dollars. And I will eventualy share it with patrons, I always do that with commissions/conversions, let me know what you think.

I mean I can try, because if Im correct this mesh is so low poly, a new bake and texture dont know if it will look the same, but I can try

IF TEXTURES ARE NO GOOD, AND i HAVE TO TEXTURIZE IT ALL WONT LOOK AS GOOD, CAUSE THIS TEXTURES HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE HIGH POLYGONES VERSION, probably. sorry caps activated XD its up to you if you want to buy it and see. if you want me to make it I will, recreate that mesh from scratch. I can copy that one, but I will need time. it will cost around 50 dollars.
