like I’ll never deny the iconic-ness of MAGIC, but I (or my family) started watching Grey’s when MAJAC + Lexie was the main group, so I’m attached to them. To me, it didn’t feel like any of them were too boxed into dynamics.
Right now, it feels like the group is just Meredith + Cristina in their own corner, Izzie + Geoege in another less interesting/fun corner, and Alex just going where the wind takes him. And it’s been like that for a while.

I preferred MAGIC in S1, parts of S2, and then S5.

I normally start my rewatches at s4 but am only half paying attention. S5 is where it really starts for me…
I think s4 might annoy Steven a little especially in the beginning with the Izzie/George stuff going nowhere, the mer/der will they-won’t they and the mer/lexie stuff! Hopefully he is into it though!
I wonder how he will feel about George failing his intern exam and if we will get another laugh out loud moment!

my only concern with S4 is that we’re thrown back in the will-they won’t-they of MerDer, because he lets his negative opinion of MerDer cloud the entire series. Like, the mid to late S2 and early S3 reactions were rough! I’m glad the little flirtation with Lexie went nowhere quickly once we found out who Lexie was, but then Rose comes in and it’s a whole thing.
At least Rose gave us that funny elevator scene with all the women Derek had loved + Mark, lol.
I’m wondering how he’ll feel about Lexie’s Crush-On-George era.

If I had to guess Gaia, his initial reaction will be “WHY HIM? What does George have to offer that everyone falls for him?” He’s going to hate his life for a little while till everyone in the series gets settled on the relationships… but s4 is going to be insane for him because of multiple will they/wont they-esque scenarios.. (Mer/Der obviously, but there is also similar with Mer/Lexie at the beginning, and then the Lexie x George and Lexie x Alex phase… and the Derek x Rose phase is going to probably piss him off because of Derek’s reasoning… and I am fully prepared for him to absolutely lose his mind when Derek decides to go back to Mer… without really giving Rose a chance…)

Before ending the stream he said he was only going to take a week break from Greys, do a movie next week, and go into it fresh the following week.

Hello - I am on reaction for s2 e20, does Steven’s comments and hatred for MerDer slow down at any point? There are barely any Grey’s reactors and I really want to keep watching - I like Steven’s reactions, except the intense aggressive unsympathetic hatred is unwatchable. Anyone else have Grey’s reactors they enjoyed?

I find it so funny how obsessed Steven is with clocking George’s screen time and talking about how little is is on screen, when it was done on purpose and the whole point of it is so that we won’t miss him in the season finale, I wonder if he will clock george as bus guy or not…lol…😂😂😂
