Morning from World Model Expo! Having a blast in Eindhoven for the WME, here is the model I worked on before coming here. You’ll see in the video I recommend Tamiya paints for anyone wanting to do a whole army. I’ll have a think and come up with some recommendations. Enjoy!

World Eaters Dread Part 1

I know it might be a lot to ask, but would you be able to say which Tamiya paints you would use instead of Scale75/AK, as you suggested? I don't have them to compare myself and it's rather difficult to match paints based on online swatches alone. In WE army painting video Henry used XF-75 IJN Grey and XF-2 Flat White, I was specifically wondering what would be a good third color to add. Thanks in advance!

When are they cult of paint, paints due to come out? Will they be a kickstarter or straight to shops release?

Looks great Andy. Would love to know what Tamiya paints you’d suggest for army painting after the experience of working on this (and how that might differ from the older world eaters video on YouTube). Cheers have a good weekend guys.

Halfords do a black auto motive etching primer, use it on all my forgeworld never had a problem for those of you looking to skip a step.

Great to see the prep, line removal and build stuff in full, often something important yet skipped. Also the chaos circle thing looks wicked

This is looking cool Andy. Very much appreciated hearing timescales too - made me feel less like I’m really slow! Personally I think sprue goo is unbeatable for gap filling on plastic minis, and much easier to get flush.

New member here :) Love the dread! And I very much appreciate your last comments about how long it took in actual time. Sounds very relatable and a bit reassuring to be honest!
