Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) are systems capable of discrete target selection that emit laser or Radio Frequency (RF) energy as the primary means to cause disruptive, damaging or destructive effects on equipment or facilities. These were directed at SMART meters attached to each house (some without SMART meters did not burn down). These meters contain lithium which ignites when weapons are directed at them. These fired are NOT carbon wildfires, hence why metals designed to withstand extreme heat melted, foliage did not burn, and certain other material like some plastics stayed unaffected. CALIFORNIA FIRES - What we know: - All three fires started at exactly the same time - Nothing blue is burning. - Some trees not burning despite houses being reduced to ash. - Metal rims of cars melting, when the are designed to withstand up to 2500 degrees, and "forest fires" do not get hotter than 2000 degrees. - No water in dams to feed fire hydrants. - Strange light anomalies spotted in the sky above L.A. - Insurance companies cancel fire cover only a few months ago - We see all the same hallmarks as the fires in Lahaina, Maui - Like Lahaina, plans for LA to become a Smart City. CONCLUSION: Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) have been used to deliberately destroy parts of Los Angeles in order to facilitate Orwellian / New World Order style Smart Cities.
