My thoughts on Norrin Rad... (Patreon)

The application of the chrome isn’t the BEST I’ve seen, but it’s solid enough. Teeny little speckles are present all over the figure (which I originally took for dust at first, but unable to clean them off unfortunately). It certainly made it harder to light and photograph the fig, given that certain angles would bring out the shadows or highlights of those little indentations.

With UV Digital printing, this isn’t that bad of a fig! I was worried that I’d be getting something a bit subpar, but I was pleasantly surprised. The design is simple and effective and the chrome application is 'good enough' for me.

However I should make a note here that the folks at BigKidBrix actually forgot to pack half of my order. Not only did I order Mr Norrin Rad here, but I also ordered one of their Star Trek Next Gen figs to see how the quality was as well, but that second figure was completely forgotten from my order!

So props for the surfer, but frustrations from their lack of double checking the envelope before sending it out.
