An Abandoned Idea... (Patreon)

So here’s that weird TV computer thing… Unfortunately it didn’t quite make sense in context once I got to actually shooting the scenes. You can see in some of these early test shots that it just got in the way and distracted too much with extra unnecessary color. It took your eyes away from the main focus points of the image that I wanted to direct you to.

Instead of seeing Doom or the FF first, the first thing your attention gets caught on is the big screens and then how Reed’s head looks like it’s just floating there and then the whole thing just falls apart after that. There’s no directional flow to the image.  Maybe I’ll find a use for this build in the future…? But for now, it’s going into the “things to sort that I never have time to sort” bin! :P
