The Penguin was the third fig I popped open, and I was relieved to find that these Batman parts were not broken! Phew! I was really worried about the bat-ears after that busted cape from the Catwoman tin… so far so good!

Ozzy here came with no accessories either, but is a fantastically detailed print. Par for the course of these figs so far! The only thing I can critique here would be the feet. The shoelaces printed on the toes are a weird choice… I would have just preferred if they left the detail out entirely.

It’s also a bit odd that the fig has only some partial inner leg printing. The black layer for the shoes are applied, but the dark grey layer for the pants isn’t present at all. Just the shoe… weird...

The face (again with Abnormal’s facial designs) is a bit off… like something about the eyes being too small or the thin linework… it just feels a little squished. But that’s enough about the print!

The custom hair/bald piece is pretty neat! With printing not only for the hair, but the top of the head as well and looks just perfect in its replication of the source material! It’s clean on the inside as well, and so far seems to be the best made element in the entire set of five figs.

All in all, The Penguin here is a good inclusion to the set and has the least to talk about! (I guess that's a good thing...?)

We'll call it a draw until tomorrow!

His face is way too detailed for my liking. Agreed--the shoelaces are weird...

Yeah, it's certainly the most over-designed of the five figs! Abnormal could have really dialed it back for this one, certainly!
