L1N6's Inhumans - Triton & Gorgon! (Patreon)
Content
Let’s start off with Triton!
This fig is straight out of the Lego Marvel 2 video game! From screen to real life, and a little bit more! There’s some really good color matching for this fig! With L1N6’s recent history with the color green (see The Vision and Quicksilver)
I was worried that the colors on Triton here would've been funky. However I am happy to report that the lime green headpiece and magenta inks all match up great with the plastic elements (minus that tiny little bit around the waist)
While the heads and torso are the only lime green plastic elements, the ink applied over the magenta legs and arms is so flawless that your brain wants to think they’re dual molded elements! I mean just look at the wrap-around green on the shoulders!
It’s some impressive production work for sure!
I won’t go into all that much detail about the design, because like I mentioned, it’s a 1:1 rip from the Lego Video Game. With it being a copied design, it looks great and fits in well with lots of other figures!
As for the custom parts included with this fig, Triton’s titular trident is a funky not-quite-gold, not-quite-orange situaton. It’s like a sandy dirt yellow (which frankly doesn’t scream “Royal Inhuman Family Member” to me, especially when in the video game gave him a pearl gold lego-official trident)
Regardless, it’s a nice bit of extra custom partage included for a figure that’s already a sleek $76.
It’s good stuff and a good start for things to come!

Now let’s talk about Gorgon!
Just like Triton, this fig is straight out of the Lego Marvel 2 video game (with some slight facial changes)
The biggest apparent comment I can make with this fig is the lack of additional accessories included. I ended up building his funky disco ball mace thing (the name of which escapes me right now), but it would have been cool to have a custom one included with the fig. Not a total loss though because what we get here is still pretty solid, but a bit of a step down from Triton’s parts.
The headpiece is clean (with the exception of the tiara area where there seems to be some scuffing), and the shoulder element (with more scuffing on the interior)!
Something odd to note though, on the collectors tile there’s four red extra spindly bits that poke out from the shoulder element that are clearly not included on the final piece. ...I wonder if that was originally planned for the element or it was an oversight to something that was intended to be removed from the tile…?
Whatever!
I just want to talk about the real star of the show here (not that they’re custom parts persay) but check out those printed faun legs! How cool! They’re exactly what they needed to be and look perfect on this fig! If Gorgon was given regular legs it would have just killed the final look, but L1N6 went the extra mile to get it right!
At $84 (the most expensive of the six figs) I can appreciate the challenge it must have been to acquire sixty pairs of those legs for L1N6 to customize!
Now, all that said… I would have liked to have gotten a second “action” expression for the head piece, but I understand why it wouldn’t have been included. I’d much rather have gotten the cool legs, over a secondary head print, but Gorgon is the muscle of the group and I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention it.
But hey, I could keep going on and on with these two, but we’ve got four more figs to talk about! So until tomorrow, I bid you farewell!
