LifeBrick's Far From Home Damaged Spider-Man! (Patreon)

Okay now when I said I was impressed with the other LB FFH fig, this one cranks that shit up to eleven and then blows the damn roof off!

DUDE

Just look at this fig!

Holy smokes!

First of all, why don’t more brands make damaged versions of characters? And two! Why is this fig so damn good?!

It’s everything perfected and refined, with a gnarly coating of soot and grime and battle scars that are all fully recreated (no doubt painstakingly) 100% accurate to each and every bit of dirt, scrape, and scuff in the film!

(seriously go look at reference images or just pause the movie, all these damaged areas are in the exact same spots! - yes I actually checked)

That’s some serious design dedication I don’t think I’ve ever seen on a minifig! Ever!

Like this fig…

*catches breath*

THIS FIG

JUST

LOOK AT IT

…

Son of a-

I’ve got nothing but praise!

I’m stunned

I think I can retire now!

Okay okay okay… let's just take a minute to breathe.

The only bit of print work I don’t like is the design for the head. I’m not a big fan of the double pupil thing going on for peter to look more emotional. Not to mention that everything feels like the print is too low. Like the face is too far down on the head, while his forehead looks huge

…No? Just me?

As for custom parts, the hair is the exact same hair as the previous fig, while the mask is slightly updated with the extra printing…. though it still doesn't fit… typical

The ‘shield’ and lump of stark tech are exclusive to this figure and look really good! They don’t look particularly Lego-Like, but they’re again a 100% match to the source material and fit the design of the fig perfectly!

There’s even some extra above and beyond print work for the shield to give it a rustic metal look, and some light blue printed inside the tech-thing’s vents and exhaust ports

Like oh my gosh! The level of detail in this lil dude is INSANE!

At the risk of sounding repetitive this fig is amazing, incredibly clean, and genuinely the best fig I’ve ever reviewed in terms of quality control (even despite the mask not fitting right)

And we’re not even halfway through the series of figs yet!

Be sure to check back tomorrow for more! ;)
