Thanks for the reaction! I really love this drama. Just a quick clarification, I believe the comments were not saying that she's not completely deaf, but that even though she's deaf, she can still make sounds as she isn't mute. She just never learned to use her voice or make sounds.

Sekyung is living as a high schooler in 1995 and now she grows as an older woman in 2023. Remember that she is the same age as eungyeol's dad & mom. She is an adopted child and the music show grandpa is her real father. On eun yoo is Sekyung's daughter. She is the same age as Eungyeol and now is time traveling to 1995, same as eungyeol. Her parents (sekyung and his husband) are divorced. Sekyung was the one who wanted to pursue cello to get her mom's heart and hoping to be a replacement of her passing daughter. While eunyoo never wanted it, she was forced into cello to become her mom's diamond. There was a different.

the drama was pretty well received overall, but it actually blew up more overseas (as it should have) than it did in korea while it was airing!!

she knows how to lip read btw!! thats how she understands wht ppl r talking to her, bc if u noticed she always stares at their lips wnv someone elses is talking. thts why the eps where the two were in the pe store, he asked her why she was staring at his lips^^
