Body to Body is actually fighting SWIM on the charts, LOL. GP is liking it so much, ARMY is fighting for SWIM double time. Jimin actually wanted a more explosive / upbeat title track (probably Body to Body), but the other members outvoted him, i guess :( Anyway ARIRANG is killing it on all the charts as expected. I can't wait for your album reaction, for me this is their best album to date.

I also preferred Body to body and Aliens but I loved swim too! It hit me during the second listen without the visuals and I cried haha It's just so beautiful like I need to listen to it the exact moment before I die thank you 😭

Swim is definitely better on the second listen; it just grows on you. They deliberately chose "Swim" as their title track because of the song's meaning, and they are moving from their previous standard and image. It's a comforting song as well. Body to Body is a freaking masterpiece, but I am glad it's not the title track, as Arirang has so much significance; it is more protected this way (that's my personal opinion). The whole album is amazing!

In the album live BTS talks why they chose SWIM as their tittle track. RM talks about going to a new chapter and how everyone goes with the flow. He says we don't need to always fight againts the waves and the flow but sometimes just go with it and life is the same. Jimin talks about how he wanted Body to Body to be their tittle track because of the performance aspect but was outvoted. After watching the live I think that Swim is more like Black Swan and it is a beautiful performance. I think sometimes kpop comebacks are always about these big stages and performances but from time to time we may need a more laid back song.

The members did mention on their studio notes, they said people might ask why is there an actress and why they didn't appear as much and to explain they said that it was to express the song. They added, before the visuals and their performance were the main part but for this one they really wanted the mv to convey the meaning of the song and make it stand out. They also mentioned how they did have concerns on how the MV is gonna be perceived but this was the choice they made and said that this might not be the only thing they did *hinting there’s possibly another one to come out*

yes that makes sense. BTS never really does anything without meaning. a second MV would make sense especially if it's Body to Body.

aww me and jimin really sees eye to eye 😂 black swan was a pre-release title track though. On was the main title. which in case for swim makes a lot of sense.

honestly swim has been stuck in my head since filming the vid. the melody is so catchy so they definitely know what they're doing 😅

most people's bet are actually on normal as it's being rumored as the second single in the album but I wouldn't be surprised if there is one for body to body too

I feel like we all had that reaction to Body to Body about it feeling like the title track. It literally had Arirang in the song, too. I understand, based on their explanation, why they chose swim, but it's like ignoring an obvious choice. If they put it out as an MV, I feel like, regardless of what we call it, it'll be an album with two title tracks as far as ARMY are concerned.
