It’s so sad to see them go, one by one😭 The judges’ comments in this episode didn’t really resonate with me. I wish the subtitles were translated more carefully. For example, Simeez said that five years ago, she was the “golden maknae” on SWF 1, and now she has blossomed into the “golden director.” However, the subtitles translated it as “top director,” which takes away from the original meaning.

I am very sad to see Minjun go, as he was my favorite. I would love to see more from him in the future. Ingyoo's and Bada's were very good, so I get why they did not lose

I looooved seeing this side of Bada! I liked Simeez's a lot more than I thought I would! I can't help but feel like watching Minjun do his last stages had an impact on her and she learned some things from him. (My very not-technical opinion, so I don't know if that makes any sense haha) But I understand your criticisms of her stage. Ingyoo's surprised me. But I wassss distracted by the dude with the missing umbrella until he left the stage. He did a great job of going with it, though. It's at this point I'm feeling stressed because I just love Bada, so I don't wanna see her go. I don't feel like Ingyoo's deserves to send him home. & poor Minjun...before even watching his, I'm just thinking how he's gone through so much to prove himself. He's had no breaks in pumping out ideas and working on the next task. Ugh Minjun is just next level. I can't even imagine what it's like being in his head. Re: the use of the word "oriental." It's interesting because that's the word he used in Korean, so it's not a subtitles thing. I know the word is still used at times to refer to more cultural elements, like art, (never people) though obviously there are better alternatives to use.

ya youre right thats the biggest challenge for minjun. no break and so creativity wise, it's exhausting. and that couldve also contributed to him having done similar dance styles that eventually was criticized. he wouldve probably been able to explore more if he had rest. but he made a huge impact on the show and so i hope he goes to do more things in the mainstream. ya for oriental, it was moreso when i was in school, there were some negative connotations to the term, maybe it was outgrown and im just not caught up haha

yea same. love him. i wish he made it to the finale. he made the show very interesting and added so much heart.

ohhh yeah those are completely two different meanings from golden to top. top director also probably have some ego based undertones too.
