Here's a brief description of the Fast-Track Program from the PALLAD CITY POST: The Fast-Track Enrollment (FTE) program is a coordinated effort to speed prospective recruits through an accelerated police academy training curriculum. The revised pace of the program, designed to take only three and a half months, is intended to solve the department’s officer shortage by taking in as many recruits as possible. However, numerous recruits have also graduated even earlier due to the city’s growing need for officers, with some managing to finish their training in just under two months before immediately being transferred to the department and put on patrol.

The PCPD has Fast-Track training centers in several locations, not just Pallad City. Reena attended the PCPD's Fast-Track program hosted in her hometown, Old Metro.
