yeah, I think she's only zip tied right? She'll probably just sit up and cut her ties first before she grabs that knife? I can't remember if she was zip tied or cuffed. If she was cuffed, the knife will be more of a challenger.

yep, I went back and confirmed it Chapter 23, Page 42, Panel 4 shows Madison's wrists are only ziptied behind her back. Since that knife is sticking in the mattress, should be just a matter of Madison sitting up and grabbing it to cut her own zipties or just sitting up and dragging the zipties agains the already vertical knife's edge in the mattress.
