Exclusively for all of you here on Patreon, we’re ready to drop our September 2025 bonus show! On the eve of October! We swear we did that intentionally!

It’s another one of our patented eBay dives, with a spooky slant. This time, we searched eBay for the best and weirdest Halloween auctions from the year 1995. Which for us is basically modern.

It was a bit of a challenge, but we came through with a solid mix of junk food, weird VHS tapes, and Grandpa Al from The Munsters. It’s exactly the show you need to hear to get you into OCTOBER MODE, whether you realize it or not.

If you’d like to see the auctions we’re discussing, follow the links below, for however long eBay decides to leave them up:

1) Wildly Expensive Goosebumps T-Shirt!2) Casper / Pepsi 7’ Store Display!3) Halloween Rice Krispies Box!4) Creepy Clips on VHS!5) Hostess Monster Cakes Box!6) Kahlua’s Grandpa Munster Table Tent!

Thanks so much for listening, and for supporting the show on Patreon! We'll have more eerie stuff for your ears in October, but for now, we hope you’re having a killer Halloween season, filled with pumpkin candles and dead leaves and repeating viewings of the 1991 smash hit, Ghoulies Go to College.

Thank you for the long bonus episode! The Ebay dives are always fun. What is the music that closes the episode from? My girlfriend and I thought it sounded like it came from Stranger Things.

Oh, I Had That!

Grandpas drink and a monster cake sound pretty delicious on this fall Sunday!

Annie Davis

I was ten in 1995 and it was a glorious time to be that age and into spooky stuff! I’d still take the seafood tower over that Goosebumps shirt though.
