Songwriting Journal Week 1 Day 2 (Patreon)

I think I'll call this one something like "wake up sleep alien it's time to party!!!!"

I told myself yesterday that today I'd use a real instrument instead of purely digital stuff in FL Studio. I got halfway there at least... I plugged in my tablet and use a synthesizer app and recorded that. The beginning slow ambient part of the track was entirely made in the app and then layered in FL Studio - the "party" part uses some of those elements on loop and throws in some other things like some fairly standard drums and bass.

Tomorrow I'll try something a little less electronic but I'm happy with this one today.
