I am going to defend the fire department: Emergency services see crazy shit. Nudity, sex and feces being just the most common. There is value to preparing recruits for that and how to treat people with dignity even in those situations. Preferable all the ...unadvised stuff they might do they get to do in training and they can be professional when they have to drive the guy who "fell on his shampoo bottle" or the couple with the vaginal cramp.
