I haven't checked for Australia, but at least in America, property rights no longer extend into the air. Some disputes between farmers and the airforce when they were doing training loops over farmer property caused a change I the law. I think in Australia there might not be a formal height limit but it's like "within reason dude". It is a little funny to imagine a house in an approach path saying no to aircraft flying over up to 10km so an incoming a380 has to like knife edge into Sydney airport to get around it. And by funny, probably only specifically to me. Anyway, hope you all have a nice day.
