Pet skunks are sadly illegal where we live or we'd so have one.

I have to dispute implying that the reason that helicopter pilot spoke in such a strange manner was due to being American. I think it's more likely due to being a pilot honestly.

Americans do not declaw cats as a matter of course either. I haven't seen something like that happen since like the '80s.

Yeah vets in North America only allow you to request declawing a cat if it’s solely an indoor cat *and* it has a history of injuries (either to its paws or to human beings). Otherwise it’s considered animal abuse.

It's Kay!

On the note about ideas for more [x/y/z] reports, I'd just like to chime in with some tedium about how every morning at work when I send out a report on the previous day's support tickets, imaginatively titled the ticket report, I do briefly think '🎶I'm iiitching for another ediiiiition of the ticket report🎵'. It's not interesting enough to be a podcast segment though (...which makes it perfect!) Even if some of the tickets are people whining like babies about how their company car they get for basically free isn't fancy enough for them and why can't they have a Porsche (no exaggeration).

The Snitching Report is right there

My favorite bit of technical jargon is "snarge" - the post bird-strike bits and bobs that get sent to special forensics labs to identify the bird speciesinvolved. I believe Smithsonian has a feather lab dedicated to this specifically. Knowing the species helps design preventative measures, I'd reckon. A beak and feet would be fantastic for identification, but sadly I think most times even those are rendered to the pink mist.

Instead of the real Fabio, you would probably have more luck getting Shaun Micallef on to do his Fabio impression from Full Frontal. If you decide to look that up on YouTube, it's definitely a mixed bag

He took a duck in the face at 250 knots.

As the close relative of a hyperbaric chamber salesman, i can tell you it is truly shocking the types of claims they make about those things

i also came to recommend the snitching report
