Sinusitis... again. (Patreon)

Following update from yesterday: I’m on the antibiotics (penicillin) and yep the infection definitely spread inside the nerves of my left side of the face which is why it feels numb and paralysed. I have to take 4 tablets daily; two tablets and then in 5 hours another two tablets.

TL;DR: I'm having the worst sinusitis flare-up ever, didn't sleep well, left side of face paralysed. Today, I'm heading to the pharmacy with my mum.

sorry for my writing. It is all over the place. I'm trying to be transparent as possible upon explaining on what happened.

I may have to either push April reward post date to 5th or just let it open today. I'm having a hard time thinking what to do right now. I'm really sorry for the absolute mess this has become suddenly.
